Today, I ate really well! I had tuna and crackers for lunch, a low calorie gatorade drink, veggie lasagna for dinner, and doritos for a snack....plus a small piece of chocolate cake. I know I did have chocolate cake, but I didn't go over my calories, and I wanted two pieces of cake, I only had one. I figured some work is better than none!
My goals for this week is to lose at least one poud, be 153, and work out at least 3 days a week, and be around 1400 give or take for at least three days a week, and try to cut fast food down only once a week. Last week I cut down fast food a good portion, so I know I can do it!
