Entry Smart Idea?

  So Ive been injured before from playing football in high school.  Ive shifted my jaw and had a couple of concussions.  I never hurt my back like i did a few weeks ago.  I just have a nagging pinched nerve in my back, so its not like I tore a muscle where I would be down for a few weeks?  Would it be smart to still rock climb, and lift w/ a pinched back nerve, will it get worse because its only a nerve not like a torn ligament in my knee or arm?
