Entry New Plan of Action

The plan now is to:

- Eat ONLY good carbs (whole w heat things)

- Cut out sugars (only eat sug ar that occurs naturally in foods)

- Have 2 fruits max per day

- Have protein at EVERY meal 

- Weight lift 2-3x per week

 

GOAL WEIGHT: 135 lbs
