So today I splurged, but Im determined to get right back on track tomorrow. 

My plan tomorrow

 

8:15-8:50 - Weights

9:00 - Spin class

10:00-10:30 :  Cardio and abs

 

Breakfast: Eggs, salsa

Lunch: Turkey tenderoin w. cottage cheese

Dinner: Green beans
