I've learned from counting calories and reading posts on the message boards that I really don't care about the number on the scale. I don't care about the size I wear and I only care about measurements because it gives me a good idea of my progress. All I want is to have a body that feels toned, healthy, and a little bit smaller.
I've also learned that I actually care about my bra size, of all things! I never thought it mattered much, but it made me a little sad to find out the other day that I am now a 34B! I haven't been a B since middle school! When I was 175, I was a 36D and I was really proud of that because it was all I thought I had going for me. I went down to about 155 a few years ago and I was a 36C until recently, which was still fine with me. But a 34B?! Am I on my way to being a small-chested person?!
Really, it's not a huge deal. It's just that I had always been "well endowed" and it might take some getting used to. Oh, well, at least it's a little easier to find really cute bras in small sizes.
