well, the eye exam wasn't so bad.  LOL  i did get the usual horrible headache that i always get, from not wanting to be there & from having to pick out a pair of glasses that i like.  BUT it turned out good!  hubby actually got his retinal exam that the doc had been telling him to have for years now.  we really didn't have the extra $30, but it was worth it & his eyes are fine.  :D  AND i'm actually looking forward to getting my new glasses now!  hehe  i hope i like them...  i hate glasses...

the gyno wasn't so bad.  well, i had to confess about the BP pills to him, too, which coulda brought my BP up...  lol  i dunno, but it was 112/90 AND he even took it 3 times trying to get a better bottom number for me, but that didn't happen.  it was exactly the same all 3 times & 112 is great, but 90?  LOL  i don't think i should mention that to my regular doc...

the nurse at the gyno was really freaked out!  she couldn't believe that i had lost even more weight since my last visit.  yep, i was 138 last time i went there & 124 last night.  :D  she said i was gonna wither away, but the doc just smiled & said that i had done a really great job.

the mammo on the 6th was the funniest, though.  that lady swore these are not the same boobs!  LOL  i told her i was ready to prove it with my ID.  :D

so, anyway, aside from eating alot of chocolate & well, alot of food...  hehe  i'm keeping it pretty healthy, and still getting in my hour & 15 minutes a day of exercise.  my bearded dragon lizard loves it when i sing & dance for her.  LOL  she's a trip!  she gets all excited & changes color!

almost done.  next is blood work & yearly physical (which i haven't had in over 2 years).  i don't wanna...  i know...  i know...  just shut up & get it done!  hehe  i will.  i better get good results, though!  what ever happened to, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!'  i ain't broke!  i'm feeling better than i ever have in my entire life!!!  :D

i even got an oil change today.  my son said i had no oil in my car when my battery died.  now i need new wiper blades & 3 new tires.  geez!  yeah, that'll be easy to get with no money...  ok, fine.  i am broke, but it's money, not my body.  ;)

i'm pretty proud of you guys!  you are all doing really great!  just keep it up & get up & get moving!!!  well, depending on where you live, you might want to wait til morning...  NAH, just do it!  :D  get up & get moving!!!  it'll feel great & make YOU feel great!!!
