			<description>&lt;p&gt;it's almost my anniversary!&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; i think we're gonna go to canada for a couple of nights.&amp;nbsp; i dunno yet.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i better get planning...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;27 years...&amp;nbsp; wow...&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yeah, i'm excited!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i hope you're all doing great.&amp;nbsp; i'm gonna try to get to the journals today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i've actually had my computer off since saturday!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; not sure why...&amp;nbsp; i guess it's the whole 'vacation' thing.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i made hubby take off for over a week &amp;amp; i'm only off thurs - sun, so it's actually vacation time now!&amp;nbsp; i'm trying to give him a little more attention.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/snowfence/357958.html</comments>

			<title>Yippee!!!  so, here's how it went at the doc...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i've been wanting to come on here &amp;amp; just let it all out, sweat, complain, etc.&amp;nbsp; but i didn't.&amp;nbsp; i held it in.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; you know...&amp;nbsp; the old doc...&amp;nbsp; AND his promise...&amp;nbsp; the tension, the nervousness...&amp;nbsp; hehe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ok, the big awaited physical, so here's how it went.&amp;nbsp; my BP was 110/70, 64 HR &amp;amp; 131 weight.&amp;nbsp; my bloodwork came out fine.&amp;nbsp; everything was great!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; it had been about 100 pounds &amp;amp; 3 years since my last physical &amp;amp; he didn't even compare the numbers.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; he DID say they were great, though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;THEN he finished up with, 'see you in 3 months'.&amp;nbsp; WHAT?!&amp;nbsp; WTH?!&amp;nbsp; last time, he said, after i stopped taking my BP pills that if i came in every 2 weeks for a reading &amp;amp; as long as my BP didn't go up, he'd let me go for a year!&amp;nbsp; a whole year!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well, i did it!&amp;nbsp; i freakin' did it!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; come on, 110/70?!&amp;nbsp; it was 140/80 when he made that promise.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; anyway, i just sat there &amp;amp; said ok.&amp;nbsp; the nurse came in &amp;amp; asked how it went &amp;amp; i told her i think he forgot about his promise.&amp;nbsp; she ran out of the office, chased him down, had a little chat, &amp;amp; came back in...&amp;nbsp; telling me that i owe her big time.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; she did it!&amp;nbsp; she worked it out for me.&amp;nbsp; i need to go back in 6 months, just for a reading &amp;amp; then in a year for a check up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; finally!!!&amp;nbsp; i did it!!!&amp;nbsp; i finally did it!!!&amp;nbsp; all this eating better, losing 100 pounds, exercising...&amp;nbsp; it's all paying off.&amp;nbsp; finally!&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; well, ok...&amp;nbsp; i DID stop taking them BP pills on my own, when he said not to, but look!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ;)&amp;nbsp; my BP is down &amp;amp; i'm finally free!!!&amp;nbsp; no more 3 month visits anymore!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yeah, i'm happy...&amp;nbsp; sooooo happy...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh, &amp;amp; by the way,&amp;nbsp; she made sure to mention that hubby is NOT off the hook &amp;amp; he still needs to come in every 3 months or else.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;we had a little chat again about me losing all that weight &amp;amp; she just can't understand why i don't even have any&amp;nbsp;loose skin.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; she said it's unbelievable!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; i said, i dunno.&amp;nbsp; exercise, i guess.&amp;nbsp; i did lots of walking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then we talked about how hard they work on biggest loser &amp;amp; how they don't need to.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; AND about plateaus &amp;amp; how come they can have such huge deficits &amp;amp; still not plateau.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, thank God that's over!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; good for a year...&amp;nbsp; yep!&amp;nbsp; i'm good for a year...&amp;nbsp; i probably better behave...&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>wow!  it's been 6 days already?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;wow, it's been 6 days since i wrote in here?!&amp;nbsp; geez, well, where have i been?&amp;nbsp; i've been watching you guys.&amp;nbsp; just laying low...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;alright, fine!&amp;nbsp; i've been eating my chocolates like they're going out of style.&amp;nbsp; i figured i should probably gain a few pounds anyway.&amp;nbsp; i know i shouldn't do it by eating chocolate &amp;amp; sweets, but whatever.&amp;nbsp; i'm eating good, overall.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i was feeling super great at 122, but that's a BMI of 19.4 or something &amp;amp; i've accidentally stumbled on some of the anorexic boards lately.&amp;nbsp; they're saying how their doc wants them to get up to a BMI of at least 20 &amp;amp; then they'll see how much higher to go, etc.&amp;nbsp; so...&amp;nbsp; i figured i'd better up my weight a little.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i should just be doing it by lifting weights!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, i'm still doing good with the exercise.&amp;nbsp; i'm laying low on that, too.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i'm just getting an hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes a day with my activity computer.&amp;nbsp; that's all.&amp;nbsp; i haven't used my HRM in a long time.&amp;nbsp; i really miss it, but i felt compelled to cut down.&amp;nbsp; well, i've been sick, too.&amp;nbsp; remember?&amp;nbsp; i'm better now.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i got my bloodwork done today &amp;amp; thursday i have to go to the doc for my physical.&amp;nbsp; man!&amp;nbsp; i hate bloodwork &amp;amp; stuff.&amp;nbsp; i still say, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!', and i ain't broke.&amp;nbsp; oh well, he had better have some good news for me...&amp;nbsp; or else!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;thursday is also the day i've been waiting for for 3 months now.&amp;nbsp; he is supposed to 'officially' tell me that i don't need that old BP pill or the visits every 3 months &amp;amp; let me come back in a year instead.&amp;nbsp; we'll see how that works out...&amp;nbsp; i dunno!&amp;nbsp; the old coot!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so, yeah, i'm all nervous &amp;amp; crap.&amp;nbsp; i just want it to be overwith.&amp;nbsp; my BP will probably be high from worrying about it.&amp;nbsp; i took it today &amp;amp; it was 126/72, but i dunno what it'll be in his office.&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hang in there, guys!&amp;nbsp; maybe someday you'll have to decide to up your weight, too.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; wouldn't that be nice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;yeah, today has been really, totally awesome.&amp;nbsp; first me &amp;amp; hubby went &amp;amp; got our enhanced licenses, so we can finally go to canada again.&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; man, it's been a long time!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; that is sooooooo royally awesome in itself, BUT...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;today was our bankruptcy 'meeting of creditors' &amp;amp; that worked out super great, too!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; so sorry for all you guys still out there owing 1000's &amp;amp; 1000's of dollars, but we're done.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; yep!&amp;nbsp; dropped.&amp;nbsp; just plain dropped 'em all!&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the trustee didn't even want to take our timeshare, car, truck or motorcycle, either.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; thank God!!!&amp;nbsp; he said they're not worth anything, but they are to me!&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;now, the only thing is...&amp;nbsp; he might want a nice chunk of our tax return.&amp;nbsp; we'll find out when we file...&amp;nbsp; who cares, though?&amp;nbsp; i'm pretty darned happy!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well, i gotta go get more exercise in.&amp;nbsp; i only did 50 minutes so far today.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i'm gonna get it done today!&amp;nbsp; for sure!!!&amp;nbsp; yeah, i'm happy!&amp;nbsp; i'm soooooo happy!!!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;behave, you guys!&amp;nbsp; i mean it.&amp;nbsp; when you feel tired or just plain lazy, get up &amp;amp; do something.&amp;nbsp; it'll make you feel better &amp;amp; give you more energy, and when you start craving them halloween treats, grab an apple or something.&amp;nbsp; something good for you!&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;yeah, i'm still on my chocolate, candy &amp;amp; sweets kick.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i dunno why.&amp;nbsp; i just can't kick it!&amp;nbsp; i'm trying to balance out my day, though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;still a little sick, but not so bad.&amp;nbsp; i have that annoying cough still,&amp;nbsp;an occasional stuffy, drippy nose, maybe a headache now &amp;amp; then, &amp;amp; still feeling a little run down.&amp;nbsp; man, when this finally goes away, it better not come back!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it seems like forever since i walked!&amp;nbsp; i know i posted in here when i did &amp;amp; it was only 30 minutes or something anyway.&amp;nbsp; i've been keeping up with the hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes a day of activity, though, except for yesterday &amp;amp; today.&amp;nbsp; i guess it doesn't matter a whole bunch &amp;amp; i should worry more about kicking this thing.&amp;nbsp; my weight is fine anyway.&amp;nbsp; it's staying pretty consistant.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;overall, i guess i'd say i'm doing good.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; just not great...&amp;nbsp; i took my BP today &amp;amp; thought it'd be really high.&amp;nbsp; it was only 124/73, so that's cool.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this woman came in twice today, to rite aid, &amp;amp; she was wearing a mask!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; you know...&amp;nbsp; the kind you'd wear if you're contagious or something...&amp;nbsp; that's all i could think about is, 'oh geez, i wonder what she has!&amp;nbsp; i'm not asking...'&amp;nbsp; man, that's all i need...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;well, the eye exam wasn't so bad.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i did get the usual horrible headache that i always get, from not wanting to be there &amp;amp; from having to pick out a pair of glasses that i like.&amp;nbsp; BUT it turned out good!&amp;nbsp; hubby actually got his retinal exam that the doc had been telling him to have for years now.&amp;nbsp; we really didn't have the extra $30, but it was worth it &amp;amp; his eyes are fine.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; AND i'm actually looking forward to getting my new glasses now!&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i hope i like them...&amp;nbsp; i hate glasses...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the gyno wasn't so bad.&amp;nbsp; well, i had to confess about the BP pills to him, too, which coulda brought my BP up...&amp;nbsp; lol&amp;nbsp; i dunno, but it was 112/90 AND he even took it 3 times trying to get a better bottom number for me, but that didn't happen.&amp;nbsp; it was exactly the same all 3 times &amp;amp; 112 is great, but 90?&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i don't think i should mention that to my regular doc...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the nurse at the gyno was really freaked out!&amp;nbsp; she couldn't believe that i had lost even more weight since my last visit.&amp;nbsp; yep, i was 138 last time i went there &amp;amp; 124 last night.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; she said i was gonna wither away, but the doc just smiled &amp;amp; said that i had done a really great job.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the mammo on the 6th was the funniest, though.&amp;nbsp; that lady swore these are not the same boobs!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i told her i was ready to prove it with my ID.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so, anyway, aside from eating alot of chocolate &amp;amp; well, alot of food...&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i'm keeping it pretty healthy, and still getting in my hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes a day of exercise.&amp;nbsp; my bearded dragon lizard loves it when i sing &amp;amp; dance for her.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; she's a trip!&amp;nbsp; she gets all excited &amp;amp; changes color!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;almost done.&amp;nbsp; next is blood work &amp;amp; yearly physical (which i haven't had in over 2 years).&amp;nbsp; i don't wanna...&amp;nbsp; i know...&amp;nbsp; i know...&amp;nbsp; just shut up &amp;amp; get it done!&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i will.&amp;nbsp; i better get good results, though!&amp;nbsp; what ever happened to, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!'&amp;nbsp; i ain't broke!&amp;nbsp; i'm feeling better than i ever have in my entire life!!!&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i'm still here.&amp;nbsp; still sick.&amp;nbsp; this stupid cold is just lingering.&amp;nbsp; that's what they always do, for me, at least.&amp;nbsp; it turned to sinuses &amp;amp; back to a cold.&amp;nbsp; maybe it's finally almost gone.&amp;nbsp; i dunno!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i've been eating good, for me.&amp;nbsp; ;)&amp;nbsp; and getting my 'excellent day'.&amp;nbsp; sometimes, i don't even finish up with that hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes until 10 pm, but i'm getting it in.&amp;nbsp; it makes me feel good that i'm not just quitting.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i'm not really walking, just getting in exercise.&amp;nbsp; mostly doing the twist &amp;amp; stuff.&amp;nbsp; i dunno.&amp;nbsp; whatever i feel like doing at the time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;work is cool.&amp;nbsp; my doc came in today &amp;amp; bought some vitamins &amp;amp; signed up for the new 'wellness' card.&amp;nbsp; that started today &amp;amp; i'm pushing almost everyone to get it.&amp;nbsp; i just want them to save money!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; my hours are good &amp;amp; i'm only working 4 days a week, but it's still over 25 hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;jamie might get a really awesome job!&amp;nbsp; i sure hope so!&amp;nbsp; good hours, pay, benefits, etc.&amp;nbsp; ang was home for the weekend &amp;amp; she went back today.&amp;nbsp; she's really happy.&amp;nbsp; she's got a new bf.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; she doesn't say much about it, but she's obviously happy.&amp;nbsp; her poor old bf!&amp;nbsp; she wanted to get married!&amp;nbsp; AND they go to college together &amp;amp; the new bf, too!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;you guys better be behaving!&amp;nbsp; if you need to stay inside, just stay in, BUT get up &amp;amp; get moving!!!&amp;nbsp; there are a million things you can do to be getting exercise in.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hey, i don't have a treadmill anymore OR my stepper.&amp;nbsp; i have the gazelle, but i don't use it much.&amp;nbsp; i know...&amp;nbsp; i know...&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i should!&amp;nbsp; even hubby is starting to tell me to use it!&amp;nbsp; well, that was when i complained about no treadmill &amp;amp; no stepper...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eat good, too!&amp;nbsp; it's not that hard.&amp;nbsp; you can do it.&amp;nbsp; i know you can.&amp;nbsp; just be sure to allow yourself a treat once in a while OR everyday!&amp;nbsp; if it's small...&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;ok, so i'm still sick.&amp;nbsp; i'm getting better, but it's my sinuses now.&amp;nbsp; lol&amp;nbsp; that's the way it goes...&amp;nbsp; oh well!&amp;nbsp; work is still going good.&amp;nbsp; i finally got my discount card &amp;amp; i'm averaging around 25 hours or more a week, so i'm not worried about getting a 2nd job just yet.&amp;nbsp; that should be enough to get by.&amp;nbsp; i'm trying to gain a little weight for you guys.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; 123 yesterday &amp;amp; 124 today.&amp;nbsp; now, don't even pick on me!&amp;nbsp; that's a 19.4 BMI &amp;amp; it gives me alot of wiggle room.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i still haven't touched my HRM, except to see the little squiggle thing on there instead of my trophy.&amp;nbsp; (how sad...)&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i think i might just give that a break again this week.&amp;nbsp; i haven't quite decided yet, but i am trying to take it easy still.&amp;nbsp; i didn't get my 1 1/4 hours of exercise yesterday, but i WILL today!&amp;nbsp; yesterday, i got up showered, shaved, lotioned up, etc &amp;amp; dashed off to work, came home, went out to eat, came home, went back out to get some pop, watched BL with hubby, fed the pets &amp;amp; stuff &amp;amp; it was time for bed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh!&amp;nbsp; and my car battery died yesterday.&amp;nbsp; i had to call hubby to come &amp;amp; gimme a jump.&amp;nbsp; that got it home at least, but it's just sitting there now.&amp;nbsp; oh yeah, like i have an extra $100 laying around here for a battery!&amp;nbsp; duh...&amp;nbsp; actually, i do.&amp;nbsp; i'll just have to pay the taxes late &amp;amp; pay them stupid penalty fees.&amp;nbsp; uggghhhh!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hubby is saying it could be the alternater, too.&amp;nbsp; i don't think so, but whatever.&amp;nbsp; so today, i can't go shopping or anything.&amp;nbsp; :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it's cold!&amp;nbsp; so far today i had a fiber plus, banana, V8 splash,&amp;nbsp;a whole can of chili &amp;amp; a small special dark hershey bar.&amp;nbsp; i think i'll have a whole bag of popcorn now &amp;amp; have more chocolate while i call around for battery prices.&amp;nbsp; then i'll have a whole bag of steamfresh mixed veggies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hang in there, guys!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; i know it's cold.&amp;nbsp; get up &amp;amp; get moving!!!&amp;nbsp; that'll warm you up!!!&amp;nbsp; ;)&amp;nbsp; grab a workout video or something.&amp;nbsp; that'll get you moving.&amp;nbsp; or just stand up &amp;amp; start dancing!&amp;nbsp; that would be fun!&amp;nbsp; that's what i've been doing lately instead of walking.&amp;nbsp; i gotta do a real workout soon, though.&amp;nbsp; it's been forever!&amp;nbsp; lol&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/snowfence/350513.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;122 today!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i'm still in my healthy range.&amp;nbsp; my bmi is 19.1.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i haven't been trying to lose any weight.&amp;nbsp; if anything, i haven't even used my HRM in a week!&amp;nbsp; i'm eating good, for me, that is...&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i'm still getting in that hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes a day of 'being active'.&amp;nbsp; i didn't even make that yesterday, but i have been.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;as far as being sick, i'm feeling alot better today.&amp;nbsp; i got up &amp;amp; vacuumed, did a couple of loads of laundry &amp;amp; ran out to the grocery store to return bottles &amp;amp; some crap i bought yesterday by mistake, then to the doc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my BP was 122/70!!!&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; YAY!!!&amp;nbsp; these are just free BP readings.&amp;nbsp; my next checkup is 11/5 &amp;amp; if i can show him that my BP really isn't that high &amp;amp; i really don't need them pills, he'll let me go for a whole year, instead of every 3 months.&amp;nbsp; i'm really excited about that.&amp;nbsp; i think i'm doing great!&amp;nbsp; ;)&amp;nbsp; we'll see what he says...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i'll have to get bloodwork done &amp;amp; everything.&amp;nbsp; it's been 2 years for that.&amp;nbsp; i'm kinda excited to see if things have changed alot or not.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; of course, i hate doctors, so it's not real exciting...&amp;nbsp; well, it's not, but it is...&amp;nbsp; ewww!&amp;nbsp; bloodwork!&amp;nbsp; them numbers better be good!!!&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;well, i guess i haven't checked in lately.&amp;nbsp; i won't get my stupid trophy for this week.&amp;nbsp; i never get sick, but i ended up getting sick.&amp;nbsp; i got a really bad cold &amp;amp; i've been feeling rotten.&amp;nbsp; :(&amp;nbsp; then i finally hit saturday, my day off...&amp;nbsp; after working tues - fri, and i got called in!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it figures.&amp;nbsp; now i'm working thru wed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i felt so rotten yesterday that i went to bed around 7:30.&amp;nbsp; aside from waking up about every hour, i slept til about 7:30.&amp;nbsp; i'm taking some rite aid med that's comparable to robitussin &amp;amp; that's supposed to raise your BP, i think...&amp;nbsp; so i finally took my BP at work today &amp;amp; it was 107/80!&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; at least that's good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, i still feel rotten...&amp;nbsp; i gotta go shopping, clean up, shower, etc.&amp;nbsp; i dunno if i'll do anything.&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i hope you guys are all doing good.&amp;nbsp; i'll try to check in on your journals, if i can.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh, &amp;amp; i have been getting my 'excellent' day with my activity&amp;nbsp;computer.&amp;nbsp; just no HRM crap this week.&amp;nbsp; i AM totally not up to it.&amp;nbsp; :(&amp;nbsp; you guys know me!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i'd do it all in one day, if i could, but nope.&amp;nbsp; geez, there goes my perfect record...&lt;/p&gt;
