			<title>yesterday went great!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;yesterday i only had 3 bliss squares on my lunch break.&amp;nbsp; yeah, i keep a whole bag in my lunch bag everyday...&amp;nbsp; i only had 3, though.&amp;nbsp; then i only had 4 whitman samplers squares before bed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i really think that writing in our journals helps to keep us all in line!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;can anyone guess what my first thought was today???&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh!&amp;nbsp; i finished my christmas cards.&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&amp;nbsp; i almost forgot hubby's brother!&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; i caught that little mistake, though...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;126 today.&amp;nbsp; this chocolate thing is not about the calories.&amp;nbsp; it's about moderation, i guess, and eating better.&amp;nbsp; i woke up this morning &amp;amp; chocolate was the first thing i wanted, again.&amp;nbsp; i didn't have any, though.&amp;nbsp; not yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;moderation, moderation, moderation...&amp;nbsp; think before you eat &amp;amp; try to make better choices!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; stay active!!!&amp;nbsp; even if it's a few minutes at a time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i swear, i could never live without chocolate.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; and there are soooooo many choices!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>my first thought today...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;again!&amp;nbsp; my first thought today was chocolate.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ok, no, i didn't do it.&amp;nbsp; i had french toast instead.&amp;nbsp; ang is home now &amp;amp; she made breakfast.&amp;nbsp; that was cool.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;AND i'm doing good.&amp;nbsp; i only had 2 small squares of dove chocolate yesterday at around 7pm &amp;amp; then 4 pieces of whitman sampler chocolates at around 11pm.&amp;nbsp; yeah, i'd say that's pretty darned awesome!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i've been eating good &amp;amp; getting my exercise in, not much stepper or pushups, but i did 45 wall pushups yesterday...&amp;nbsp; or was it 90?&amp;nbsp; i can't remember if i did 2 sets or not.&amp;nbsp; i'm trying to remember to do them!&amp;nbsp; i never ended up doing the stepper yesterday or the day before, so i really, really mean to today!&amp;nbsp; we'll see what happens.&amp;nbsp; it's right here, looking at me!!!&amp;nbsp; hehehe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;watch out, guys!&amp;nbsp; it's probably party time everywhere already.&amp;nbsp; i dunno.&amp;nbsp; it's not here yet.&amp;nbsp; anyway, think healthy!&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;ok, so i got up this morning &amp;amp; my very first thought was chocolate.&amp;nbsp; more chocolate, i need more chocolate!&amp;nbsp; i did it.&amp;nbsp; i made it through the night!&amp;nbsp; when i posted last night about not having any more chocolate for the night, i didn't.&amp;nbsp; lol&amp;nbsp; ok, so i weighed myself...&amp;nbsp; 128!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my next thought...&amp;nbsp; hmmm, all this chocolate can't be hurting me!&amp;nbsp; 128!&amp;nbsp; gimme a break!&amp;nbsp; besides, chocolate has fiber &amp;amp; protein in it!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; 128...&amp;nbsp; i think i deserve to have chocolate for breakfast if i want.&amp;nbsp; isn't there milk in chocolate, too?!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then, i thought about how i defy calories anymore anyway, so that's just not true.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; 220 calories for 4 little pieces...&amp;nbsp; gimme a break!&amp;nbsp; that can't be true.&amp;nbsp; not for me, at least.&amp;nbsp; my body knows how to burn it off.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;that was like 4 hours ago, and to make a long story short, i still haven't had any chocolate yet today.&amp;nbsp; instead, i had peanuts, a fiber plus bar, V8&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; a banana.&amp;nbsp; i considered having some lays BBQ chips, but i didn't.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;off to exercise, i guess...&amp;nbsp; my stepper is calling me!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;something's gotta give here, man.&amp;nbsp; this ain't right!&amp;nbsp; maybe i need to make a new rule.&amp;nbsp; i dunno.&amp;nbsp; i guess i'll be over this chocolate binge soon...&amp;nbsp; ugghhhh!!!&amp;nbsp; the sugar babies don't help, either.&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ok, so i'm eating way too much chocolate, and sugar babies now, too.&amp;nbsp; i know that can't be too healthy.&amp;nbsp; i gotta get back to more healthy eating.&amp;nbsp; i'm eating plenty of fruits, veggies, fiber...&amp;nbsp; i just gotta cut the sugar!&amp;nbsp; not all of it, just cut down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nah, it's not hurting my weight.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it's just the control.&amp;nbsp; i gotta behave a little bit more, well, or alot!&amp;nbsp; i dunno.&amp;nbsp; i'll try!&amp;nbsp; geez, i guess some of this would make some nice christmas presents &amp;amp; oh no!&amp;nbsp; the christmas cards!&amp;nbsp; maybe i'll do 'em tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; i always seem to end up doing them on wendy's birthday &amp;amp; that's tomorrow, so technically, i'm not behind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;balance, balance, balance...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;good foods, bad foods, exercise...&amp;nbsp; the balancing scale does seem to be a little tipped.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; i'll fix it.&amp;nbsp; i will!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;fruits, veggies...&amp;nbsp; geez, i think i'm gonna need more!&amp;nbsp; nuts...&amp;nbsp; i'll have more nuts!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; i'll start right now.&amp;nbsp; no more chocolate tonight.&amp;nbsp; ;)&amp;nbsp; i think i've had enough for the year already!&amp;nbsp; that's ok.&amp;nbsp; no more tonight.&amp;nbsp; that's a good start.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>so far, so good today, i guess</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i got up today &amp;amp; had a banana, then a fiber plus bar.&amp;nbsp; me &amp;amp; hubby both have off today, so we went out &amp;amp; did a bunch of stuff, one of which was stopping at the donut shop so he can get his tim hortons coffee.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; the best coffee ever, i hear...&amp;nbsp; i don't drink coffee...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, i wanted chocolate for breakfast, but i held out.&amp;nbsp; at the donut shop, i could've sat in the car, but i went in, just to see &amp;amp; smell the chocolate covered, cream filled donuts.&amp;nbsp; i almost caved &amp;amp; bought a dozen, but i held out.&amp;nbsp; they'd have been gone in 1/2 hour or less if i had got them.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i came home &amp;amp; felt that old chocolate urge again, SO i grabbed a bag of steamfresh veggies &amp;amp; ate the whole thing &amp;amp; had a few peanuts.&amp;nbsp; yeah, i'm so proud!!!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then i had 2 squares of whitmans sampler chocolates &amp;amp; well, i guess i had 2 earlier, too.&amp;nbsp; i forget when.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it must have been just before the veggies.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OMG!!!&amp;nbsp; i sooooooo love chocolate!!!&amp;nbsp; i think i'm doing pretty good here.&amp;nbsp; i got my exercise in already, did 120 wall pushups &amp;amp; 8 minutes on the stepper, 4 minutes at a time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ya know?&amp;nbsp; i really don't even miss my treadmill so much anymore.&amp;nbsp; i'm getting along just fine without it.&amp;nbsp; there is so much stuff i can do for free anyway!&amp;nbsp; oh, i even lifted them tiny 3 lb. weights for a bit.&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; 3 lb...&amp;nbsp; yeah, i try to grab 'em when i can think of it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;make sure you all at least try to behave.&amp;nbsp; i know it's hard.&amp;nbsp; you gotta just make yourself get up &amp;amp; get moving &amp;amp; make yourself eat better.&amp;nbsp; you know?&amp;nbsp; them veggies were pretty good!&amp;nbsp; maybe i'll actually have a salad today.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; i'm tired of buying it &amp;amp; tossing it when it goes bad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i like to buy the $1 bags of salad at save a lot &amp;amp; leave them right in the front in the fridge.&amp;nbsp; that way, when anyone opens the fridge, it's impossible NOT to see them &amp;amp; they might even have to push them aside to get what they really want.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it doesn't work, though.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; nobody ever eats them except for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ang will!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; she's coming home wednesday!!!&amp;nbsp; WooHoo!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;enjoy your day AND think of little things that make you proud!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; maybe give up a treat or hold off a little longer on having it, maybe just get up right now AND run in place for 4 minutes.&amp;nbsp; i dunno!&amp;nbsp; i'm sure you can think of something!&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;yeah, that was cool...&amp;nbsp; lol&amp;nbsp; posting from my cellphone...&amp;nbsp; it logged me outta here on the computer, though!&amp;nbsp; i hate logging into stuff, but i guess i'll put up with it because it's pretty cool to see what's going on in here without having to turn my computer on &amp;amp; wait about 1/2 an hour for it to start working.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i finally have a day off, so i'm doing laundry, dishes, going to the grocery store, return bottles, get the pets food, go to a couple of banks, maybe squeeze in a trip to walmart, etc.&amp;nbsp; man!&amp;nbsp; i have so much to do!&amp;nbsp; i'll just do what i can.&amp;nbsp; hopefully i can do these christmas cards that i have sitting here on the bed, but we'll see.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; there's plenty of time, i guess.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it sure feels great having off!&amp;nbsp; i am totally getting my exercise in today!!!&amp;nbsp; i still can't believe that i missed the other day because it turned to midnight &amp;amp; reset to the next day.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i was sooooo disappointed!&amp;nbsp; i get plenty of exercise right at work, but that doesn't count.&amp;nbsp; dishes, laundry, nothing counts!&amp;nbsp; i gotta be moving my arms continuously for at least a minute for my watch to start counting the time as exercise.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it's been busy here &amp;amp; i haven't had the house to myself in well, what seems like forever.&amp;nbsp; i gotta just do this.&amp;nbsp; push, push, push!&amp;nbsp; hmmm...&amp;nbsp; i wonder what's more important...&amp;nbsp; that exercise is, but so is feeding the pets, getting food &amp;amp; stuff.&amp;nbsp; i guess i'll start by running some errands.&amp;nbsp; bummer!&amp;nbsp; i'd rather get that exercise outta the way first!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i really, really, really need to squeeze in that trip to walmart, too.&amp;nbsp; that's where i get my V8, V8 splash, fiber plus bars, steamfresh veggies &amp;amp; stuff.&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i'll check in later!&amp;nbsp; make the most of your day, everyone!!!&amp;nbsp; geez, make that exercise your #1 priority, don't be like me.&amp;nbsp; hehe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh!&amp;nbsp; christmas!&amp;nbsp; i probably won't even worry about that til thursday, payday.&amp;nbsp; my sis, where we've always all gone, every single christmas eve since i was 18, is not even gonna be in town!&amp;nbsp; she never even told anyone &amp;amp; she bought her ticket over a month ago for GA!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; you see...&amp;nbsp; we were never allowed to call her to ask if she's doing it or not OR we'd be in BIG trouble.&amp;nbsp; she always did it, no matter what.&amp;nbsp; we WERE allowed to call &amp;amp; ask what we can bring, though.&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i guess times are changing, now that her kids are both in GA &amp;amp; the one has a baby who is a year old.&amp;nbsp; i guess i'd want to go there too, but i would at least let everyone know i was going!&amp;nbsp; don't worry.&amp;nbsp; we'll be going to my other sister's house.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; no biggie.&amp;nbsp; just a smaller party.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OMG!&amp;nbsp; the year is almost over!!!&amp;nbsp; i hope you all are working on your weight/healthy goals and NOT all just thinking about food, parties &amp;amp; all that junk you're gonna eat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;just remember.&amp;nbsp; stop!&amp;nbsp; think!&amp;nbsp; 'thin tastes better than this!' and well...&amp;nbsp; if that doesn't work, maybe you really should have it.&amp;nbsp; what's the harm anyway?&amp;nbsp; hehe&amp;nbsp; it takes 3500 calories to equal a pound, right?!&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;hi guys!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; NO...&amp;nbsp; i'm not hiding out misbehaving...&amp;nbsp; lol&amp;nbsp; i know, i haven't posted in a while.&amp;nbsp; sorry about that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i got my stepper back!&amp;nbsp; finally!!!&amp;nbsp; i haven't used it a whole lot yet, but yeah, it sure is awesome to have it back!&amp;nbsp; i only do about 4 minutes at a time &amp;amp; that's good enough for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i got a new cellphone, too.&amp;nbsp; it's really cool!&amp;nbsp; the enV touch!&amp;nbsp; i have web now because i had to get it to get the phone.&amp;nbsp; it's pretty cool, though.&amp;nbsp; i'm using it alot!&amp;nbsp; i sure wish i could go on CC with it.&amp;nbsp; all you can do on CC is the food finder.&amp;nbsp; like i need that...&amp;nbsp; hehe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i'm trying to maintain at 129, but i think 128 is a little bit sweeter.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; come on!&amp;nbsp; i started at 218 &amp;amp; that's the same numbers, just all switched around.&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; it's funny, though.&amp;nbsp; i don't go up &amp;amp; down anymore.&amp;nbsp; i go down &amp;amp; back up!&amp;nbsp; i guess because i purposely go back up.&amp;nbsp; like today, i was 126, so i'm eating alot!&amp;nbsp; i'm still doing my hour &amp;amp; 15 minutes of activity daily.&amp;nbsp; after working til 10 yesterday, it got so late that i only got in an hour &amp;amp; it was midnight, so my watch changed to the new day.&amp;nbsp; i'm a little behind today, too, but i'm gonna be out there shoveling soon...&amp;nbsp; :(&amp;nbsp; stupid snow!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;today was my day off &amp;amp; i got up at 8, got called in &amp;amp; practically ran out the door.&amp;nbsp; wth all the stupid snow, i couldn't even make it back up the street when i came home, so i'm parked on the next street waiting for hubby to hopefully get home safe &amp;amp; help me get my car home!&amp;nbsp; i gotta work at 9am tomorrow!&amp;nbsp; oh!&amp;nbsp; i couldn't even see anything when i was driving, either!!!&amp;nbsp; i thought i was gonna die about 100 times &amp;amp; rite aid is only .7 miles away!!!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it was horrible...&amp;nbsp; :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh well, tomorrow is a new day!&amp;nbsp; :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i miss you all really bad!!!&amp;nbsp; i haven't even been reading the journals lately, because my computer has been acting up a lot worse than usual.&amp;nbsp; it's working great right now!&amp;nbsp; i hope it keeps working like this!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;make sure you all behave for me, ok?!&amp;nbsp; hey, you know you can do it!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; come on now, get up &amp;amp; get moving!&amp;nbsp; do something, anything!&amp;nbsp; it's all good.&amp;nbsp; anything is better than nothing, remember?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;maybe you can grab a fruit or something healthy, too?&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;when you are tempted to eat&amp;nbsp;something bad or too much food, look at it &amp;amp; think to yourself, 'nah, thin tastes better than that.'&amp;nbsp; don't eat it &amp;amp; be proud!!!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; hey, it might work...&amp;nbsp; just try it, ok?&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;WOW!&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; can't believe it!&amp;nbsp; i just checked my profile &amp;amp; i've been maintaining for over a year &amp;amp; a half!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; i can't believe it!&amp;nbsp; no wonder i feel like i've been maintaining for at least 2 years now.&amp;nbsp; hehe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it's only been just over 2 years since i started!&amp;nbsp; man, this is soooooo awesome!!!&amp;nbsp; yeah, i read recently that most people gain their weight back after 2 years &amp;amp; i always thought it was in 1 year, so i was kinda bummed.&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; it's NOT like i'd EVER gain mine back anyway, but that still kinda bummed me out...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway, here's to another day of trying to eat healthier AND get plenty of exercise!&amp;nbsp; :D&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; Woot!&amp;nbsp; it's all in the balance...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i sure hope it gets some more votes.&amp;nbsp; the guy in 2nd place is a cheater.&amp;nbsp; :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i dunno what else to say.&amp;nbsp; it really means alot to me &amp;amp; especially to my CC friend.&amp;nbsp; OMG!!!&amp;nbsp; that would really, really suck, something horrible to be soooooo close &amp;amp; end up not winning in the last night...&lt;/p&gt;
