I don't think I will make my goal of -30 lbs by July 11th. I'm at -28 today. No matter, I am so happy with what I have lost so far.
My body is getting toned. My arms and legs have nice definition. I've lost 6 inches around my waist and I'm in a size 6 jeans...regular fit not relaxed.
My blood pressure is in normal range for the first time in years.
My knees don't hurt anymore...that's so great.
I sleep 8-9 hrs. I have my 2 cups of coffee in the am and I'm ready to go all day.
My promises to me.
Always eat breakfast. Drink water all day. Walk,walk walk. I will continue doing my yoga practises...never knew how great it is for both mind and body. I can eat anything I want...just smaller portions.
I am stronger than I thought. Quit smoking , lost 28 lbs , and exrecise daily in some form .
I love me
