Well I've finally lost my first goal of 30lbs. I'm now 135.8. It was really hard work. I am so proud of myself.
I'm going for a new goal of 130. I hope to make that by the end of September.
I have to thank my loving and supportive husband Jim. He helped me with weight training and ate what I ate. He did start to "cluck" after month 3, but said it was for a good cause. (gotta love him)
I know I will have to watch what I eat and drink for the rest of my life. I'm happy doing yoga,walking,and the work with the weights. I plan to do the 30 Day Shred 1&2 and Boost Metabolism a few times a week. I really like that way I can do these routines without any pain now.
My PAD is gone. I have no pain in my calves even when walking uphill & the weather is humid. That totally amazes me how when I reached 137 I stopped having that pain. My BP is down to 128/68 from 168/93 in March. This without taking 1 pill.
I must say CC really kept me on track. The food log was the reallity check everyday. I enjoyed hearing about everyones triumps and those who needed an extra "hug"
I'll probably stay on CC. I'm so used to logging my calories and weight.
Lets see when I meet my next goal.
It's going to be a beautiful day today so I better get workout & cleaning done early. I want to go to the pool. Yes, in my new bathing suit!!!
