Entry You've got to be kidding...

So, total bullshit.  I've been hovering around 209/211 for weeks.  Ok, no problem.  Then one morning, (and I check daily) I was up to 215.  Then I weighed myself at someone's house and it said 220!  So, while I thought I was making progress, my scale is off (and not in my favor) by 5 pounds! If that's not a motivation killer, I don't know what is.

I am so depressed I just don't know what to do anymore.

Hey Kelly,

I was wonderin about somethin.Do you think your weight gain could be water weight?Or maybe from meds you're on?To gain 5 lb.in 1 day would be awful frustrating for me.I would probably chuck the scale out the window if mine said that!Hang in there, buddy:)

I know its really, really hard to stay motivated when things like that happen but stick to it! :)  You CAN do it!  This might be a bit TMI, but sometimes I gain A LOT of weight right around that time of the month.  That could be a possiblity for you to. Maybe?  Just don't give up, that will actually make you more depressed than keeping at it.  I promise you'll get there! :)

Hey kelly,

How was your week last week?Mine was so busy with school and all I didn't really want to weigh myself.I suppose I should've but I was nervous to.The scale makes me nervous when I haven't been to the gym in awhile(it's been a month for me-yikes).That's why I haven't been on it.How do you like your temp job?Keep me posted on things.
