Woohoo, up from 88.4 lbs to 90 lbs!  Its always been hard for me to accept that I need to gain weight but I am starting to feel better about it.  Now I just have some binging to get under control but I have been actually able to enjoy food!

I had some Reeses peanut butter cups today for the first time in a long time, and I binged yesterday but stuck to my meal plan anyway!  ^^ yee take that eating disorder!!!

I am so proud of you.

I don't have an eating disorder, but its in my head.  Both of my parents are over weight and they have always been that way.  So as a child i grew up saying that i didn't want to be fat like my mom and dad, so i ALWAYS paid attention to the things that i ate, and as a consequence i never ate much.  I did that for so long that now when i do try to really eat my body wont let me.  So it sucks i know but i think that if we really try and focus on eating right we can do this, we can become healthy women.
