Well I made it through the first day of tracking my food - though I did manage to keep below the calories recommended I didn't do to well on choosing healthy foods. Part of that was not eating until close to 4 pm other than a few cookies here and there. I need to think things out better to be able to get a more balanced diet. Hopefully keeping track of what I eat and weekly weigh ins on the group I joined will help me get to my goal.
it all works out after a while, it really takes some getting used to and tweeking your foods until you get it just about right - and about at the same time, you can start to calculate foods without looking it up before hand :) hang in there sweety we are here for ya :D |
