			<title>Father's Day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well today has hit me harder than it ever has I think, I&quot;m really missing my dad today....not any different from any other day so I don't know what the deal is, just miss him.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Te last 2 days have not been great eating days and no exercise, will run tonight when it cools down a little probalby around 7 and it will still be like 85* or so but it's better than yesterday it got to 100*. We had food at work Friday and yep i ate all day...grazing...then I had hot dogs and pizza yesterday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Got signed up for another 5K on the 4th of July...kinda nervous about it, it will have more hills in it, never done a race not here in Wynne....this one is in Jonesboro about 45 minutes away. It's going to be hot I know that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well hope to get back on track with my eating soon, like today:)&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I was called about a new job opportunity yesterday.....yes I am shocked in this economy that I would get a phone call like that, it's a for another bank, would do the lending and deposit growth for the new office, to be honest not sure if I have the experience they are looking for.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am very happy wehre I am at right now, it's a lot to think about and to consider, just say a prayer for me, I want to do the right thing with no rash decisions, which I don't feel like I'm going to do.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Will I ever learn.....</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well it's the same ole story.....still no exercise, eating saturday was BAD!! But I knew it would be.....half way keeping eating under control...at least half way there are moments.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I sit at work thinking I'm going to get on the exercise bike and do some weights...welll think is all I do because I come home and plant myelf on the couch....I'm not doing anything besides cooking supper and washing clothes...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to find my happy place again...it's warm today, but will be cold tonight and tomorrow and the next day........I am really wanting to walk and I think I'm going to just have to make myself no matter if it is cold...or do the bike....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know what I looked like in November through my belly and legs and that's not what I'm looking like now.....it just makes me feel bad all the way around....I start out each day with good intentions but they fly out the window about 3:30 every afternoon.....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Why can't I get this figured out?&amp;nbsp; I have a knot in my left shoulder and I think it's from sitting on the couch the wrong way, maybe I have the knot to get my rear off the couch and exercise, I know I don't need to be on the couch because it does this to my neck....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh well.....maybe one day soon, I really want to be on track as I go for my annual check up in April...I would like to be back down to at least 140 with exercising the right way..... should not be unattainable if I would just get my head on right.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Maybe the pants I'm wearing today will be my wake up call....we will see, there is extra baggage hanging over the top that looks like a 2nd butt.....it's not pretty....so time to kick it back in gear I would think.... need to get lots of water in my body and EXERCISE!! What is my deal why can't I just do it.....I really didn't think I was that lazy but I guess I am....but when I do exercise I enjoy it so why can't I just get that enjoyment feeling to win over being lazy?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I feel so blah....my hair needs something totally new....I'm thinkingabout just letting her do whatever...it will always grow back!!!&amp;nbsp; I think some new clothes would help me greatly too but no way am I buying anything with the way I feel right now.....&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My eating has been quite good this week, ttotm hit and I have not weighed, just hoping when I do it's under 145.&amp;nbsp; I ahve been suffering from a cold and have just felt awful all week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am so thankful for my family and online friends that have supported me through everything.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well with the time change I am so screwed up,it's like my body is wanting to go into hibernation mode, which of course is not good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Food wise, I haven't done great this week, not just horrible but alot of room for improvement.&amp;nbsp; I think my goal for next week is to plan my meals better, I can do fine for breakfast and lunch and blow it at night. So back to planning, it works.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Exercise wise.....nothing this week, my foot is much better so I really think it was just something that was pulled or just overworked.&amp;nbsp; Still taking it easy at least until the weekend.&amp;nbsp; My plan hopefully starting next week will be, Monday's go to Zumba, dance exercise class and then on the weekends walk/jog, it's too dark when I get off work and then maybe during the week do more weights and toning exercises, and really keep my food in check!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need new clothes but just not feeling &quot;skinny&quot; to want to try things on because I know I haven't been doing well so it's time to kick back in gear.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the 1/2 marathon looks like I came in 144th out of I think was 192 entries on the 1/2 marathon, so room for improvement next year, but now I know what to expect and can do better, I think there was around 400 runners/walkers overall. 			<title>1/2 Marathon</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I was able to do the 1/2 marathon yesterday November 1st, in 2 hours and 38 minutes, I was very happy with my time.&amp;nbsp; I started out a little slower than I intended but over all it worked out,&amp;nbsp; I think I could have pushed myself a little harder because I never felt super winded, which I was glad, my breathing was really good, which shocked me completely!! The weather was great, it was cold that morning but warmed up pretty quick, on the way back there was some wind we were going in to but beautiful sunny day.&amp;nbsp; All the other runners were so nice and there was another Sherry Rogers walking, she was from Memphis, when I went to register they said did you register 2 times? I said no I registered as a runner, and I looked down and then saw they had an age bracket and she was 47 so they didn't get us mixed up. I met her and she was really nice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I still can't believe that I really did it, I honestly thought I would chicken out, but I got up at 5:00 saturday morning made oatmeal and pb toast and just sat and chilled and let the food digest and it did just like I wanted it too!!! Then I started stretching and left the house at 7:00...it was just a good day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope I didn't hurt my foot, it felt fine until late last night, maybe I just bruised it somehow, not sure, it's on the left side of my left heel that's sore....my legs are sore and I stretched afterwards but guess I shoudl have done more, I've been moving around today and I can tell I'll still be sore tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>trying to stay on track</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;eating wasn't good at work Wednesday think I have done better today, didn't walk yesterday just felt bad and rested, tonight I got on the bike (my elliptical&amp;nbsp; turns into a stationary bike) and did that for 45 minutes and it said&amp;nbsp; i burned 430 something claories.....not sure if that was right.&amp;nbsp; I then got my weights and did arm exercises. hope to get at least 8 miles in this weekend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;going to register for the marathon Monday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have to work at the bait shop saturday for my mom and the marathon goes by my moms house so I think after I'm done there I'll walk/jog on mom's road to get a feel for part of the course, if I run from her house to the end of the road and back to her house it will be 7 miles and that would be good, there will be hills with it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/srogers75/233068.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I went to the gorcery store when I dropped the kids off and then stopped at Mcdonalds and got a egg mcmuffin, came home and ate that and a cup of coffee, then started cleaning on the kids room, washing clothes and washing more clothes, vacuumed and put away loads and loads of clothes, actually I'm still doing clothes, for lunch I had left over chicken and rice from last night and a tortilla, then I baked and apple in the microwave, pampered chef has a new seasoning called sweet cinnamon sugar, oh my it's really good, I'm going to try it on my oatmeal too, I put it on the apple and it was yummy, for supper I made a lasagna, i had 1 piece, and it wasn't very big, I did take Summer to sonic after school and had 3 cheese sticks so there were some snacking and I know the stuff I ate had some cals to them....but at least I wasn't sitting all day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thankfully my calves weren't as sore as I thought they were going to be, thank goodness, tomorrow hope to get in 5 miles if it's not raining, if it does I guess I'll do the bike.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Scott came home sick, think he's getting the stomach virus, please let it pass me by.....I don't want it.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>10 miles</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Wow, I got the 10 miles in today...it took me 2 hours and like 3 minutes, I am very happy with that time, I jogged about 4-5 miles and walked the rest, thought I was going to die on the last mile, I have muscles in the shin area I didn't even know existed!!!!!&amp;nbsp; I am so glad Cassy has pushed me to do this, I would have had a horrible wake up call come marathon day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm off tomorrow so I can be lazy because I know I will be sore:) But it will be worth it, I'm so proud of myself, so I plan on doing at least 2&amp;nbsp; run/walks this week of 5 miles and then 8 or 9 miles this weekend.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/srogers75/231732.html</comments>
