YIKES!! I went 700 calories over yesterday... and I didn't get to work out as planned because my knee is really hurting. It still hurts today so I'm not sure what I will do (and I have no idea why??). Yesterday was lots of sweets. A cinnamon bun, chocolate cookies and 2 halloween candies. I had a look at my week and made some changes to make up for it but if I couldn't stick with my plan yesterday who knows if I will the rest of the week. I'm going to really try....

Today I planned to go for a walk at lunch, do 20 min on the bike and weights. With my knee all buggered up I'm not sure if that will work. I'm hoping that at the very least I can do lower intensity walking and biking and just skip the squats and lunges during weights. I guess we'll see.

Your week is not over :)  You are going to do fine.  Just be careful today and try not to over snack, remember, drink some water or some tea or something with low calories that will fill you up.  It takes time for new habits to sink in :)

Definitely skip the squats and lunges....listen to your body!  Don't make it worse.  If it makes you feel any better, I'm sure I went much more than 700 over yesterday.  But, today is a new day :)  Right?
