Entry Ohhhh Goddd, How many more Laps?

So I started walking approx. 2 miles every other night with two friends, and sometimes my dog. The bad news is , walking sucks until lap 4. The good news is, because my exercise routine was nonexistent before, I was sticking to 1500 cal, which was proving to be difficult for me. Now, I am going to try for a goal of 1700 cal, which I hope will provide some results.

 

I am very proud of myself for starting to exercise. I hope my husband starts to join us soon.
