			<description>&lt;p&gt;Im starting over again today. Im not only going change how i eat. But Tomorrow im quiting smoking. I need to make these changes. For my self, my health and for my children. I just weighted my self and it said 255. My scale is off 5 pounds so it is really 260. I really want to make the change this time. Wish me luck. 			<title>End of week one</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff00ff&quot;&gt;Well this is my first full week of using all cc has to offer and it seems to be working good for me. I love being able to know the true calories Im eating. I have even become some active this week. For me that is really good.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#ff00ff&quot;&gt;Im one that likes to weight my self daily just so i know how the foods Im eating are doing for me. It also seem to help keep me on track. So here is how i have done for the first week here. I started out at 247.8, This morning i was 240. Im sure alot of that was water weight. But it does feel good to see that number go down some.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>My first day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#0000ff&quot;&gt;Today is my first day logging. My start weight today is 247.8, My goal weight is 147. I have a long ways to go. But i really need to do it for my health and just for my self. Im tired of not being able to wear decent clothing. I love veggies so that is what Im going to focus on eatting more of. Less meat, Less sweets. No chips. Lots of water! No pop!
