Monday 12/7: 1,795 calories, off from exercise because gave blood.

Tuesday 12/8: 2,160 calories, 60:00 strength

Good day had the bulk of my calories in early afternoon planning a snack tonight and thats it.i shouldnt be too hungry will drink a bunch of water also. Hopefully will workout more later if i have time if not im okay with it. off to change for work.

im aiming for a 750ish deficit each day this week that would mean losing 1 1/2 lbs.

*LATER*

got to the gym with an hour til they close....forgot my ipod and was wicked hungry so only did ten minutes...but its something! planning on getting up at 5:30am for a 6:00am strength class tomorrow...wish me luck!

ate some more bc i was dying of hunger.

took tuesday off from counting. but didnt really eat much overall. had a muffin , fruit and black coffee for breakfast, 6 halloween candies for lunch, then a big grinder, fries and candy + popcorn at the movies. so prolly not much of a deficit that day prolly ate maintenence or a little over.

Yesterday was 2,045 calories and no exericse. around a 700 deficit.

so far today ive had oatmeal with rasins (260) and im not sure ill make it to the gym depends on work. but my goal is 4-5 times working out a week and ive done 1 so if i go fri,sat, sun (weeks go mon-sun) Ill be golden.

my other goals were to up the water, not binge, and count 6 days a week so far so good. even though tuesday wasnt counting it wasnt binge behavior either.

WEEK GO MON-SUN. THIS IS WEEK 1.

- Don't Binge.

- <1,700 calories a day. Count and record. 6 days a week. one day a week off from counting but NO binging.

- Exercise = 60:00 or more 4-5 days.

- At least 80 oz of water.

- WI Thursday.

IF I am on track for one week Ill buy some new cute socks.

Not really digging the daily weigh in thing....i cant do it right now. one of the suggestions  i got was to start to daily WI once im maintaining and i see that working for me.Or even once i get to around 180 as thats where i stalled last time. But i really cant as im losing ive been focused on it so much the last few days i cant think about anything else.....so weekly it is (thursday mornings)

started daily WIs today. Have decided this will keep me ontrack after hearing from a bunch of CCers who WI daily.

Calorie goal is 1,700 each day this week. exercise goal is 4-6 60:00 workouts.

I need to get past 4 days on plan thats my hurdle. I always derail after 3 good days.

225.0 / 1,693 / 30:00 elliptical

 Estimated Deficit: 1,067

Im Over maintenence by about 200...grr. Thats okay though. Will be around 1600 tomorrow to compensate

heading to the gym in a few minutes for some time on the elliptical. then dinner w/ boyfriend. chicken breast, rice a roni and broccoli.

Today is going well. at 760 calories right now.  half day at work today.Going to spend the afternoon reading and relaxing. Planning on the gym at 4:15 for a strength class then a quick stop for work, then home to walk to d'angelos with  boyfriend. having a small thanksgiving grinder for dinner. then maybe back to the gym for more cardio depending on how i feel.realllly looking forward to that grinder...

was  thinking of weighing daily but i just cant it triggers me to try and not eat much then i binge and end up gaining weight.
