Not really digging the daily weigh in thing....i cant do it right now. one of the suggestions i got was to start to daily WI once im maintaining and i see that working for me.Or even once i get to around 180 as thats where i stalled last time. But i really cant as im losing ive been focused on it so much the last few days i cant think about anything else.....so weekly it is (thursday mornings)
I'm glad to hear you've stopped the daily weigh ins. I used to do it and it became an obsession and really made a difference to the way I felt about myself during the day..if I had lost I was happy but if i'd gained even a pound I would be miserable and wouldn't eat very well that day even though its not actual weight loss or gain, more likely water rentention or something like that. Anyway, I can't help but ramble but I just wanted to say Hi, and that once a week sounds great! Good luck! |
