Entry Finally some movement

So, I've done tonnes of exercise this weekend and it has totally come off, I was 155.4 this morning. My goal for this week will be 154 by friday.

Feeling good today - 157 with totm, think I will definitely make a loss when I come off!

Plan for today - no exercise as going to my hairdresser to try styles for the wedding - so excited!!!

Breakfast - half a banana, all bran and yogurt (200)
Snack - Apple, nectarine. Also a pear if I want it to stop me eating biscuits! (160)
Lunch - baked sweet potato with salad and cottage cheese (400)
Snack - Apple (70)
Dinner - Not sure yet, probably an omlette. (400)
That leaves room for some raisins and grapes if I am hungry plus a hot choc in the evening.

I did good yesterday although maybe went overboard on the bread a bit .

Plan for today

Breakfast- tiny bit of all bran, half a banana and some probiotic yogurt (200) Done
Snack - Nectarine and pear (120)
Done
Lunch - Tuna salad (300) Actual - 2 slices of toast with spread, turkey salad (500)
Snack - Apple (70)
Dinner - Cod with bread and butter and pea soup (sounds odd but its really good)  (500)
Evening - low cal hot choc and some fruit if I want (100)

Thats 1290 so I can have a snack if I want.

Plan - 3 mile run or cross training for 40mins

Feeling good today, measurements are looking good and I feel more toned. Have dropped to 156.4 today which is 2.6lb from last wednesday and have totm on Wednesday so things don't look too bad. Haven't snacked at all recently (except on fruit) Which is brilliant!! I am so going to lose this weight!

Breakfast- 2x nectarines with plain low fat yogurt (200) Done
Snack - 4 x small apricots and a banana (150) Done
Lunch - Ham sandwich (400) Turkey sandwich with one extra piece of bread (450)
Snack - Rice cakes (50)
Dinner - Steak with baked mushrooms, veg and potatos. (600)
Evening - low cal hot choc - (34)

If I stick with that - which I should. I will keep to 1434. I'll keep you posted.

Oh no I did it again, everyday this week I have gone totally overboard and binged, I have no idea what is wrong with me.

Today I am going to pull myself together and start afresh I am going to log or write down every tiny bite that I eat and NOT EAT CRAP! I think I need to eat more wholegrains to fill me up so I wont go and eat sweet stuff.

Plan for today -
Clean the house and maybe go for a run (although I did do about 4 miles yesterday so if I am too tired I will let myself off).
Breakfast - All bran with probiotic yogurt - 300
Snack - Apple and pear - 150 Actual - Apple only - 75
Lunch - Tuna salad with homemade vinaigrette and 4 oatcakes - 600 Actual - Tuna salad with homemade vinaigrette, 2 oatcakes, 3 dried apricots and a handful of raisins - 600
Snack - Nectarine - 80 Actual - Pear
Dinner - Small Steak with roasted vegetables or salad - 500 - Smoked mackrill with veg 2 tbsp of brown rice.

If I can stick to this I will be so happy!

I must remember that I AM IN CONTROL!

I think I need help, I keep eating really healthily and then I will weaken and have one little choc bar or granola bar and then suddenly I have 6 of them and I can't control myself. I dont know what is wrong with me I can't control myself anymore.

 

Please someone help? What should I do? How can I stop?

Right so after getting over the initial totm cravings and evil pains I dropped to 154.6 on Sat and 153.8 on Sunday which I was so happy with. I also ran about 4 miles on Sunday morning which I was pleased with also. Unfortunately it was my sisters birthday yesterday and we went out for a huge meal so I am back to 155.6 today which is rubbish but I'm sure its just cos of that huge meal last night.

This week my mini challenge is to get to 153 by Friday/Saturday, run 3 times this week and not to eat crap (and biscuits which I still haven't had any for coming on two weeks!).

Fingers crossed!

I am also going to try and log EVERYTHING!

Breakfast - all bran with prebiotic yogurt
Snack - Apple, low fat babybel
Lunch - Tuna salad wrap
Snack - Raisins
Dinner - Salad with some sort of protein

Oh dear,

I binged really badly yesterday. I dont know what was wrong with me I just ate and ate and ate really bad things - pizza, chocolate etc... It was definitely period induced cravings/binging so hopefully I wont do it again until next time but I feel very very bad now.

I am 155 today so I met my challenge for the week. Would like to get to 153 next Friday - will be off TOTM by then so hopefully should see a drop.

I did stay away from biscuits though!!

Well despite the first day of totm I'm feeling good, I think it is because of my run last night - 3 miles in 27mins 50! Woohoo a new record for me. I was dripping afterwards but on such a high, I love the feeling exercise gives you. Plus its sunny outside today which is a bonus.

Did well on the eating yesterday and made some bran muffins to keep my carb cravings undercontrol.

Plans for today -
Clean the house (didnt get around to it yesterday)
Run again - 3 miles (outside today)

Breakfast - All bran with probiotic yogurt - Done
Snack - Bran muffin, apple, low fat cheese (I know its a lot but I am craving at the moment and if I dont have good snack options I will binge on choc) - Actual - Bran muffin, apple and square of chocolate
Lunch - Tuna salad - Actual - Salad and sardines, granola bar
Snack - raisins and coffee - Acutal - coffee and low fat cheese I didn't eat from earlier
Dinner - Will be pork tenderloin with roasted veg (courgettes (Zuchinni), tomatoes, carrots, onion etc.)
