Feeling good today, measurements are looking good and I feel more toned. Have dropped to 156.4 today which is 2.6lb from last wednesday and have totm on Wednesday so things don't look too bad. Haven't snacked at all recently (except on fruit) Which is brilliant!! I am so going to lose this weight!
Breakfast- 2x nectarines with plain low fat yogurt (200) Done
Snack - 4 x small apricots and a banana (150) Done
Lunch - Ham sandwich (400) Turkey sandwich with one extra piece of bread (450)
Snack - Rice cakes (50)
Dinner - Steak with baked mushrooms, veg and potatos. (600)
Evening - low cal hot choc - (34)
If I stick with that - which I should. I will keep to 1434. I'll keep you posted.

Woohoo!!! down 2.6lbs!! Girl that is awesome!! :D Im so happy for you. What a great motivator! I love losing weight with you :) Good job on eating so far today. Your menu looks good. Especially that steak with mushrooms and potatoes yum! totally worth saving up for the 600 calories. If we were roommates would could keep each other so skinny! You have slacked off on your emails tho...baaadd stephiepop :P Thats ook I suppose. Long as you dont fall of the face of CC! Ok good luck with the rest of your day.
