I did good yesterday although maybe went overboard on the bread a bit .
Plan for today
Breakfast- tiny bit of all bran, half a banana and some probiotic yogurt (200) Done
Snack - Nectarine and pear (120)
Done
Lunch - Tuna salad (300) Actual - 2 slices of toast with spread, turkey salad (500)
Snack - Apple (70)
Dinner - Cod with bread and butter and pea soup (sounds odd but its really good) (500)
Evening - low cal hot choc and some fruit if I want (100)
Thats 1290 so I can have a snack if I want.
Plan - 3 mile run or cross training for 40mins
