Feeling good today - 157 with totm, think I will definitely make a loss when I come off!

Plan for today - no exercise as going to my hairdresser to try styles for the wedding - so excited!!!

Breakfast - half a banana, all bran and yogurt (200)
Snack - Apple, nectarine. Also a pear if I want it to stop me eating biscuits! (160)
Lunch - baked sweet potato with salad and cottage cheese (400)
Snack - Apple (70)
Dinner - Not sure yet, probably an omlette. (400)
That leaves room for some raisins and grapes if I am hungry plus a hot choc in the evening.
