Entry Biggest Loser Challenge

So this morning I challenged my friend Ashley to a game of biggest loser. It will run from today until may 13th. Hopefully I will lose around 4-8 lbs. The prize: weight loss and bragging rights. This will hopefully motivate both Ashley and I.

Personal Goals during the game:

Jogging 2 times a week.
Rock Climbing 3 times a week.
No Alcohol and No Smoking

Ok so I pretty much failed at this challenge. I just could not keep myself motivated during these last weeks at school. I got overwhelmed with my work and chose not to work out and I ate whatever I wanted.

One good thing though, is that I did not drink or smoke any cigarettes! phew, at least I did something right.

During this challenge, I ended up gaining weight, and then losing it which brought me back to where I started. So here I am. 152 lbs. I joined another challenge, the "may weightloss" one. Hopefully I will do better this time around.
