To Future self. Remember where you started? 68kgs.

Now you're at 56 kg. Did you ever think you could make it this far?

You're 66kg as you're writing this. You've been 66 for about 3 months. sucked didnt it? Well, it happens, everyone goes through this. But you're passed that now, and have accomplished what you had set out to do. *happy dance*

What? You're not done? Thats right, you're gonna keep kickin' ass until you reach your ultimate goal of 54kg. Rock on!

You're gonna become what you never even dreamed you could be. So keep going and stay strong,

I'M COUNTING ON YOU!

Remember: 68--> 66-->56--> 54.

I like this idea. Here's mine

To Future self, you are now at 140 lbs for the fourth time. At your highest weight you were in the 160s and very unhappy with your body. Today you are about 152 but don't be discouraged you will get back down, and this time stay down. You may even decide to go to 130  to assist in furthering your appeal in the Entertainment industry as an actress. You said you wanted to start NROLFW again once you get back down to 140, get with it so you can start the program again. Remember how good you felt when you were seeing progress in the amount of weight you could lift as opposed to the number on the scale.

See ya soon

sincerely 140
