Hey Ladies!!! I'm finally back on track again.. Monday was day 1 of my "back on track mantra" and so far so good.
Gym Monday, burned 550 calories
Gym Tuesday, burned 830 calories
Meal plan for Wednesday:
Breakfast - Quaker Lower Sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal, protein shake (1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein, and 1 cup skim milk)
snack: banana
lunch: sandwich (2 slices whole wheat, 1 slice swiss, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 3 oz healthy ones roasted turkey breast), yoplait light, golden delicious apple
snack: grapes
after gym: protein shake (1/2 scoop chocolate whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk)
dinner: grilled chicken breast topped with 1 oz goat cheese, and sauteed mushrooms, spinach salad with feta cheese, and fat free balsamic vinagarette, 2 small roasted red potatoes with garlic and pepper.

havent written in awhile..I kinda feel like my CC girls have disappeared...
but I guess I'll get over that. Hopefully all of you are doing really well!!
not too much went on Tuesday night... I went to the gym, did an hour and 15 minutes of cardio, burned 815 calories. I'm happy with that. I was even able to increase my running a bit. That was exciting. I'm slowly building up my endurance, so I'm happy about that. Got home, cooked some dinner. Grilled italian and herb chicken breast, with sauteed mushrooms and 1 oz fresh goat cheese, with broccoli and 2 small roasted red potatoes.
Meal plan for Wednesday
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal
Snack: Gala Apple
Lunch: turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat, 1 slice baby swiss, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 1 tsp spicy mustard, yoplait light
Snack: banana
Dinner: Lean pork loin chops, green beans, wild rice

GOOD MORNING friends...
So, Monday for lunch, I ate Taco Bell. Bad Bad Bad first day back in the saddle, I know. TTOM is this week. I started today and I'm an emotional wreck. Crying over stupid shit, and for no reason at all. I didnt make it to the gym today either. Fucking cramps... I'm planning to make it there tomorrow. Dinner was a homemade meatball sub, on whole wheat, and about 1/2 cup spinach artichoke dip with 10 tortilla chips or so. I also had some leftover birthday cake from Gracie's party and some vanilla ice cream. (told ya it was bad...)
Meal plan for Tuesday
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal, banana
Snack: Kellogs Sweet and Salty Bar - chocolate almond
Lunch: 2 slices Healthy Life whole wheat, 2 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 slice baby swiss, 1 tbsp miracle whip, Yoplait Light strawberry
Snack: gala apple
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, green beans
Total calories: 1700 (roughly)

good morning my sexy CC bitches!!!
Guess who's back??? Yep, thats right, ME!! miss me?? I miss you lovely ladies...
Anyway... my computer's fixed, and now I can get back to typing my journals. I've missed it.
Today was superbowl sunday, AND Gracie's 2nd birthday party. We had about 30 people over, lots of food, chips dips, sandwiches, everything. I ate alot of food today. Plus, cake and ice cream. I've been slacking off at the gym since the holidays and havent gained or lost anything. I'm still hanging in there between 17- 23 lbs. But, at least its still a loss right?
TTOM is this week, so thats going to suck, and the weight gain is expected. I'll be okay though. 
Please, tell me whats going on with you girlies... (and guys...) I cant wait to catch up!!! Hopefully all is well, and the weight is dropping off you all!!! I need to get back on track... lets do it together!!
New things about me.... lets see... Ive taken up boxing. Dmitri got me these awesomly (if thats a word) cute boxing gloves, and I've fallen in love with the sport!! It takes out an immense amount of aggression and its a wonderful work out. I love it. We're still not engaged, but it'll happen, in time.
My company has started a "wellness at work" thing, and we have a biggest loser competition. I'm the captain for our building. So far, we're in our 3rd week. We weigh in on Tuesdays. Its fun, and pretty motivating. I enjoy it.
Meal plan for Monday:
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal
Snack: Gala apple
Lunch: sandwich (2 slices whole wheat, 2 oz turkey breast, 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 tbsp miracle whip)
Snack: gala apple
dinner: (game night at my place, unsure of dinner)
Total calories (minus dinner) 675
I'm planning to hit the gym tomorrow and at least 4 more days this week.
Thats about it... sorry its so long, I'm just trying to fill you all in!

Okay.. so its been a month since my last entry... god I need to get my computer fixed at home...
Anyway... nothing really new here... gained a little weight over the weekend, 310 now... so basically I'm still stuck just a little over 300 lbs. We start The Biggest Loser tomorrow at work, and I was asked to be the team captain for our building... so that should be motivation enough. PLUS with summer around the corner, I want to be down a few more pounds... okay who am I kidding.. more than a few.
Hope you all are doing really well... I really miss chatting with you all, and I miss all the updates on your successes. I hope to purchase a new computer here in the next few months and that should eliviate the gap.
Thats all I have for now... I put some new pictures up from my birthday over the weekend... Have a good day friends!! I miss you bitches!

hey girlies....
time for my periodic update....
Last week I lost 2 lbs... down to 304 now. I havent been to the gym in a week... been eating like shit.... and thats about it. I quit the YMCA to join a gym closer to my house, and I have yet to attend. Bad Bad Bad, Iknow!!! I need to get back into the swing of things, starting today. I had oatmeal for breakfast, broccoli cheese soup and a bread bowl for lunch, and for dinner I'm having grilled pork loin chops and wild rice.
Good news..... My divorce is final!!! YEAH!!! so, now Dmitri can put that 2 carat ring on my finger that I've been dying for! :) Trust me, I'll let you all know when that happens.. lol.
Other than that, I got nothing. Take care girlies! HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hey ladies!!! I miss you all so much!! anyway.. my computer at home isnt working right now... the goddamn thing is fucked up... damn HP. I try to check in when I can.
I've been doing pretty good, still sitting at 306 which is fine with me... I'm almost in to the 200's which is pretty damn exciting for me! Other than that, nothing new... I'm pretty boring I guess. lol
I've taken up boxing. I really like it. its intense and allows me to release my aggression... which is always nice, especially with a 2 year old! lol
If I dont talk to you all, have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS, and a WONDERFUL New year!!! I'll try and upload some pics from my New Years celebration... I bought a new dress... a different one.. hot pink, silver shoes.. its me.. :)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING FRIENDS!!
Hopefully you all can exercise the will power and try to eat light enough to enjoy the pie afterwards!!!!
I'm going to stick to my normal eating habits, and actually plan to increase my calories to about 2200, still under maintenance, just to allow myself to enjoy the holiday food, but of course, all in moderation.
I weighed in yesterday... 306. That's a 4 lb loss from last week. I'm very excited about this!!! This puts me at a 21 lb loss thus far, which means, I only have 12 lbs more until I reach my goal of 10% lost!!!! I plan to do this by Jan 1 2008. I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS!!
I've made it to the gym for the past 3 days... and I pushed it yesterday, and did 25 minutes on the elliptical, and finished with 5 minutes of a nice paced walk on the treadmill. 3.2 speed, 10 incline.
Anyway... meal plan today goes as follows:
Breakfast: 3 slices french toast
lunch: turkey, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and green beans, maybe a roll (or 2), and a slice of Pumpkin pie, WITH cool whip.
DInner: probably oatmeal, or a small turkey sandwich at home.
Total estimated calories for today: 2200 or so.

good morning ladies!!! I'm off for the next two days and cant wait for it!!! I havent weighed myself yet (seeing as though Im typing this on Tuesday night...) But, as soon as I do.... I'll let you all know, like I do everyweek!!!
So, I went to the doc on Tuesday afternoon. Last month I was 319 when I visited him, and I weighed in this time at 310. So, in a month I dropped 9 lbs, and he was very pleased with that. We talked about the side effects of the medication, and the fact that I'm not having any. He was pleased about that as well. He told me to take the next 2 months of medication, and if I want to stay on it for another 3 months, to just call for another Rx. He said that he wants to see me in 6 months. I said ok, and left it at that.
I hit the gym, 20 minutes on the elliptical and 50 crunches with the medicine ball. I burned 406 calories.
Meal plan for Wednesday:
Breakfast: Maple and brown sugar oatmeal
snack: banana
lunch: 2 slices whole wheat, 1 slice cheddar, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 2 oz healthy choice roast beef, apple
snack: baby carrots, light veggie dip
Dinner: spaghetti (ground turkey)
Total Calories: 1735

Good morning ladies!!
I went to the gym last night after work. 20 minutes weight training, 50 crunches with 10 lb medicine ball, and I only did 15 minutes of cardio... why you ask... well, because I RAN!!! I ran on the treadmill!!! Can you believe it??? all 300 lbs of me was running!!! Okay... more like jogging... but the point is, is that I did something other than walk!!!! I used the bike for 10 minutes, and decided to hit the treadmill for 20 minutes... well, after the first minute I decide to jog for a minute... then the next two minutes I walked again to let my heartrate drop back down... then, the next minute I ran again... my heart rate was up to 196 and it freaked me out.... plus I felt like I was going to pass out... So, I stopped. Ididnt care though, I was so proud of myself for being able to do that. I still burned 600 calories in the hour I was at the gym.
I was really tired Monday night for some reason. I guess its because I havent been to the gym in over 4 days, and when I go, it kills me. Oh well, all the more reason to keep going.
Meal plan for Tuesday:
Breakfast: Apple and cinnamon oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat, 1 slice colby jack, 2 oz mesquite turkey breast, 1 tbsp miracle whip, apple
Snack: baby carrots and low fat veggie dip
Dinner: Baked Salmon, and shrimp, rice and broccoli
Total Calories: 1590
Today I have my one month follow up appointment with my doctor. Hopefull all will go well. I need to talk to him about some chest pain that I've been having. I think I'm working muscles that I didnt know I had honestly. But, I think he'll be happy with my results for the month, which is 11 lbs. 10 more lbs until I reach my first goal!!! I can almost taste it!!
