GOOD MORNING friends...
So, Monday for lunch, I ate Taco Bell. Bad Bad Bad first day back in the saddle, I know. TTOM is this week. I started today and I'm an emotional wreck. Crying over stupid shit, and for no reason at all. I didnt make it to the gym today either. Fucking cramps... I'm planning to make it there tomorrow. Dinner was a homemade meatball sub, on whole wheat, and about 1/2 cup spinach artichoke dip with 10 tortilla chips or so. I also had some leftover birthday cake from Gracie's party and some vanilla ice cream. (told ya it was bad...)
Meal plan for Tuesday
Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal, banana
Snack: Kellogs Sweet and Salty Bar - chocolate almond
Lunch: 2 slices Healthy Life whole wheat, 2 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 slice baby swiss, 1 tbsp miracle whip, Yoplait Light strawberry
Snack: gala apple
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, green beans
Total calories: 1700 (roughly)
