havent written in awhile..I kinda feel like my CC girls have disappeared... Cry but I guess I'll get over that.  Hopefully all of you are doing really well!!

not too much went on Tuesday night...  I went to the gym, did an hour and 15 minutes of cardio, burned 815 calories.  I'm happy with that.   I was even able to increase my running a bit.  That was exciting.   I'm slowly building up my endurance, so I'm happy about that.   Got home, cooked some dinner.   Grilled italian and herb chicken breast, with sauteed mushrooms and 1 oz fresh goat cheese, with broccoli and 2 small roasted red potatoes.  

Meal plan for Wednesday

Breakfast: Quaker Lower Sugar Oatmeal

Snack: Gala Apple

Lunch: turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat, 1 slice baby swiss, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 1 tsp spicy mustard, yoplait light

Snack: banana

Dinner: Lean pork loin chops, green beans, wild rice

I feel like some of my CC girls have disappeared too! Hey, we all fall off every now and again. I know I had stopped journaling for months but I love the ability to go back and see what has happened in past months so I told myself that this year, I am going to journal away!

 

Glad your going to the gym too, that is something I have definitely slacked on.

I'm still here! :) If that counts for anything. It's kinda like high school all over again. Only the serious ones graduate.

Im still here! Oh wait, you already know that seeing how we chat most every day LOL! I havent been on as much lately - I have a big proposal at work Ive been taking care of. And yes, a lot of our CC girls dont chat like before - MIssy, Kiki, Steph, Angie, etc etc.

Just keep up the good work girly!

Hey Jac!!!!!!!  Thank you for your comments, I didn't realize you got your computer fixed!!  :)  Good for you heading to the gym and making tasty delicious nutritious meals!!!  I'm envious...I think I've been living on Chicken and Broccoli and/or Edamames for a month now...I need to mix it up!  Take out some salmon for dinner tonight.  :)
