Is my alternative to the dexa scan its available at one gym in my city I'm hoping they will arrange a way to allow me to measure my body composition.
The method is a high tech version of bio impedance so its not foolproof but better than my guessimate. I'm looking forward to get some numerical data of what my body is made up of and setting new targets and goals.
Happy I finally got thru the last of my calories for my goal. It was too strict a method to use, and i got bored of it, but it kept me accountable. Don't want to count the last 35000 calories in this way maybe the last 5 or 3 pounds...But its now about composition. 120 flabby and 120 fit are two different bodies.
Hoping i will be on target to lose a pound by the final weigh in of the July challenge on Monday. I will probably continue on to the august challenge because i'm used to my team and i love seeing all of us progress together. I guess instead of 10 lbs i'll be targeting ~2kg to hit my goal of 56kg. But then again concrete goals will only come after i get my data.
Excited!! Hopefully I'll have the data soon
I just know it will be the best motivation to get me moving!

1840 cals deficit. 3670 - 1840 = 1830 to go. 
Made it to 129.5 which i am happy about. Hoping to reach 58kg (~128lbs) soon so i can celebrate 10 kgs (22lbs) lost. Cannot believe its been nearly 3 months already time flies! Final weigh in for this challenge/start of next challenge is next week so will set new goals then.

413 cals deficit. 4083 - 413 = 3670 to go. 
Going to burn this all off this weekend. Determined to be 129 on Monday!

Had an insane week was very busy had to adapt my eating schedule a lot but enjoyed it all and whats life if you are not enjoying it? Didn't exercise this week but still weighed in a pound less 130 - my final goal from the last challenge so guess I'm a challenge behind! Hope to burn off all these remaining calories this week plus some before the next weigh in....gonna bust thru 130!!! I want to see 58kg on the scale....But gotta exercise to do that
Tried to schedule my dexa scan but can't find any places that do it for non medical reasons
So guess i need to research another method or look into this more.
5788 cals to go (from the 13th) - 1705 for the week = 4083 cals to go

533 cals deficit. 6321 - 533 = 5788 to go

Weighed in today 131 - expected better. Still looking forward to busting thru 130 - A nice target for next week. ON the plus side last week i exercised 3 times which i am proud of. Hoping to get some exercise in this week as well.
