			<title>Here is the goal. Make it so</title>

If you believe it&amp;rsquo;s possible but you don&amp;rsquo;t believe you&amp;rsquo;ll realistically get there, you&amp;rsquo;ll block yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align=&quot;left&quot;&gt;Beliefs exist at the subconscious level, so they typically operate below the level of conscious awareness. But you can witness their effects when you set a new goal and then notice the various ways in which you block yourself from achieving it quickly. Maybe you procrastinate. Maybe you hold back due to fear. Maybe you question whether or not you&amp;rsquo;re worthy of some new accomplishment. Maybe you make avoidable mistakes that sabotage your progress. Much of the resistance you experience is coming from your subconscious beliefs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;and i do not behave as if i were thin and healthy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i return to my old self image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So trying once more. to change from the mind down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i am thin and healthy.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>InBody by Biospace!!!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Is my alternative to the dexa scan its available at one gym in my city I'm hoping they will arrange a way to allow me to measure my body composition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The method is a high tech version of bio impedance so its not foolproof but better than my guessimate. I'm looking forward to get some numerical data of what my body is made up of and setting new targets and goals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Happy I finally got thru the last of my calories for my goal. It was too strict a method to use, and i got bored of it, but it kept me accountable. Don't want to count the last 35000 calories in this way maybe the last 5 or 3 pounds...But its now about composition. 120 flabby and 120 fit are two different bodies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hoping i will be on target to lose a pound by the final weigh in of the July challenge on Monday. I will probably continue on to the august challenge because i'm used to my team and i love seeing all of us progress together. I guess instead of 10 lbs i'll be targeting ~2kg to hit my goal of 56kg. But then again concrete goals will only come after i get my data.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Excited!! &lt;p&gt;Made it to 129.5 which i am happy about. Hoping to reach 58kg (~128lbs) soon so i can celebrate 10 kgs (22lbs) lost. Cannot believe its been nearly 3 months already time flies! 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Had an insane week was very busy had to adapt my eating schedule a lot but enjoyed it all and whats life if you are not enjoying it? Didn't exercise this week but still weighed in a pound less 130 - my final goal from the last challenge so guess I'm a challenge behind! Hope to burn off all these remaining calories this week plus some before the next weigh in....gonna bust thru 130!!!
