I've been doing Turbo Jam like crazy and I love it! The kit came w/ a workout schedule so I've been following that. My calories are anywhere from 1200-1500 depending on how much I work out. I'm scared to weigh myself tho but then again I've only been at this for a week. My goal is the 125-130 range which isn't too far off. I'd love to be 120-125 but I think the other weight is healthier for me personally
