So in the least 2 weeks I reached my weight loss goal of hitting the 120's, for the longest time I was actually 128 pounds, and now I gained about 5 pounds and I am back in the 130's. I am no exactly pissed at myself as a lot has taken place in my life that caused both the weight loss and the weight gain. I am separated from my husband, wanting to get a divorce soon. This is hard on me anyway as I still love him, but leaving is the best thing to do. I am in a new place with new friendships i.e. people who wants to eat with you and talk about what you eat, I mean they mean well but I just would rather eat what I want without having to discuss it. And then I am in a new job searching for a better one. My manager is a fat pig, she eats KFC all day and it is just so irritating especially with it being such a small office and all.
Anyway, I have the flu and I am deciding today to rededicate myself back to my raw food diet 80%. This means: Soymilk smoothie for breakfast, Raw Salad for lunch, Cranberries or Raisins with Raw nuts for snack, and Raw soup or salad for dinner. I hope to lose a pound per week, and drink lots of water.
My new weigh in days are Tuesdays! and today I am officially 134 pounds and will not weigh again until next week Tuesday.
