Today's a new day...

Going to take things one day at a time.

Going to eat a minimum of 1400 per day and more if I'm feeling hungry.

I will do at least one week binge free... and then two, and even more after that. Today is day one.

I will lift weights tomorrow (at least 15 minutes) go to the gym on Monday.

 

I'm not doing this to lose weight, I'm doing this to become healthier. I'm not overweight or 'fat', I'm just flabby in areas and need to tone... if I lose some of the weight I've put on from this food binging set-back, it's a bonus. But if the fat just burns, I build muscle and stay the same... No big deal.

I'm staying off the scale for a while while I restart my life. The number's become a downer and a triggering thing... so why bring myself down?

I'm doing this for me.
