Entry Indian food tonight...yum!
Nov 04 2009 08:45

I'm making butter chicken tonight!  Yummy!  This has become one of my favorites to make at home.  We use a Tiger Tiger sauce from a jar (cheating I know) but it is really good and the calories are not that bad.  Way better than eating the out version.  I am excited about that.

Well it is Wednesday and I have 2 workouts in already this week :)  Yeah!  I am planning to work out Thursday and Friday to get my 4 days in for the week.  I am enjoying the effects of exercise.  Having more energy, feeling stronger, and a better mood is making me like it more. Still while I am doing it I'm not exactly enjoying it.  Baby steps...

I posted a picture of Sarah in her Halloween costume with her melon monster she made!

I am going to have to buy you a big, giant stick!  That way when Sarah is a teenager you can use it to beat off all the boys!  She is so cute!  You are setting a wonderful example for her and must be so proud of yourself.  Keep up the good work!

I came up with a lower-cal butter chicken recipe that really rocks and blows jarred stuff out of the park! Let me know if you are interested, I could email you the recipe. It's not too hard or time-consuming.
