			<title>Ok body that is enough!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;The scale did not move for me this morning!&amp;nbsp; GRRRRRR!&amp;nbsp; It is TTOM but really I still expected to see something....anything...&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp;My clothes fit so much better I&amp;nbsp;find it hard to believe the scale is not saying the same thing.&amp;nbsp;I even wore my&amp;nbsp;smallest&amp;nbsp;black dress pants this week. The ones I bought when I was 20lbs lighter...go figure.&amp;nbsp;So with that in mind&amp;nbsp;I am still going to keep at it.&amp;nbsp; I figure next week will make up for it.&amp;nbsp; Although I will have to weigh in on Thursday morning because really who weighs in on the day after Thanksgiving???&amp;nbsp; HA!&amp;nbsp; I have 2 dinner to go to...yieks!! My plan is to have what I want but be very careful about overeating. Usually I stuff myself like there will be no other meal after that one...crazy! Now I will only eat the things I really love and enjoy them with no guilt.&amp;nbsp; That is how I am trying to approach my calorie counting diet as a whole actually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Oh a busy week!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I had a busy week of seminars getting my continuing education hours for the year.&amp;nbsp; I have 3 days in 2 more days to go.&amp;nbsp; At least the next two days will be later in the year not 3 in a row.&amp;nbsp; It is a nice change of pace but after the 2nd day I am sick of sitting all day! I did really try to do some networking at the seminar and it felt good.&amp;nbsp; I am feeling more like myself.&amp;nbsp; I did so much better on the eating side while I was there.&amp;nbsp; They serve us breakfast lunch and two snacks during the day. The food is actually really good but I managed to not have any of their snacks of cookies, browines and cake! and I only had breakfast there one day then I had one egg, a yougart and strawberries.&amp;nbsp; I did get a little slack about hitting the gym but I did the stairs (2 flights) at least twice a day and walked at lunch.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday&amp;nbsp;I did make it to the gym for my 2 miles on the elliptical.&amp;nbsp; This morning I did upper body work out video and boy I was sweating when that was over.&amp;nbsp; My arms are still burning a bit from trying to do the push ups! lol&amp;nbsp; Ok this is getting long I have to try to get some work done!&amp;nbsp; I hope everyone is having a good week...weight in tomorrow cross your fingers for me!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/361197.html</comments>

			<title>Up 2lbs What?!?</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Sometimes that scale and me just don't get along.&amp;nbsp; We seriously are not friends today!! It said the same thing this morning as it did last night when I just couldn't help myself and got on it.&amp;nbsp; I was sure that during the night those pounds would go away.&amp;nbsp; Ahhh it sucks!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had a good week food wise and managed to stay under my target all week.&amp;nbsp; I did miss a cardio workout but I'm going to make it up today.&amp;nbsp; It has been such terrible weather I just couldnt bring myself to go out in the rain and cold to the YMCA.&amp;nbsp; I did do my workout at home with the balance disc (more about that later).&amp;nbsp; I did it twice this week and went to the YMCA twice so I know my exercise is pretty good for the week.&amp;nbsp; So I will just keep keeping on and hope that next week gives a better showing for all my hard work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a new workout goal and it is to do a push up! My upper body is so weak it is sad.&amp;nbsp; The balance disc has 3 different workouts on it. I am working on the upper body one now and I do pretty good until they get to the push up section and then I just can't keep up.&amp;nbsp; I can't do even one push up-not even the girl kind. I try to just do what I can keeping more weight on my knees to work up to doing them correctly.&amp;nbsp; So that is a goal to do a push up :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/359107.html</comments>

			<title>Hmmm extra time!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It looks like I am going to have some extra time according to my job.&amp;nbsp; My hours are being cut by 25% or 10 hours a week.&amp;nbsp; There is good and bad in it.&amp;nbsp; One I will have more time to do the things I want to do which includes more time with Sarah.&amp;nbsp; The bad is that I work because we need the money not for pleasure. LOL I guess it is time to dust off the ol resume.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to go down with the ship here.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't do so hot this weekend on my eating. Friday was great but Saturday and Sunday..ugh no so much.&amp;nbsp; I did get up and hit the gym this morning.&amp;nbsp; I did my 2 miles on the elliptical in 30 mins and 40 seconds.&amp;nbsp; I'm close to getting it under 30 mintues but not quite there.... 			<title>4lbs gone this week!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ah the scale was extra kind today!&amp;nbsp; I am excited about the 4lbs :) I have really been trying and it is nice to see it is paying off.&amp;nbsp; I didn't make it to my work out this morning I just couldn't get myself out of bed after Sarah woke us up at 3:30 and stayed up an hour.&amp;nbsp; I did decide to take a sick day and I'm not sick...shhhh don't tell my boss!&amp;nbsp; I don't do it often but today I really felt like I just wouldn't be productive there at all.&amp;nbsp; I bought an exercise disc thing and I think when I get off of here I am going to try that baby out. 			<title>Last night there was a battle</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;First our friends had invited us out for Indian food we said no because we are trying to save because of Damian's sickness which mean out of work not to mention the doctor bills rolling we have to pay. Well our friends so wanted us to come they offered to pay for our dinner.&amp;nbsp; How can you say no to good friends like that.&amp;nbsp; Hubby swallowed his pride and allowed them to pay and we went out.&amp;nbsp; So I didn't cook my butter chicken at home after all.&amp;nbsp; I had Shrimp with a mango sauce that was yummy!&amp;nbsp; And I think it was too bad calorie wise either :) The nan and mango chutney...ahh a different story! lol&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So then the whole group of us head out for dessert and coffee oh my!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The pumpkin cheesecake won!&amp;nbsp; I was only going to eat half but I lost that battle too.&amp;nbsp; It was&amp;nbsp;delicious&amp;nbsp;and worth every calorie. It was a great evening with friends I really enjoyed it and I'm not going to feel guilty about it.&amp;nbsp; I managed to stay under maintenance calorie wise so yeah me!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Indian food tonight...yum!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm making butter chicken tonight!&amp;nbsp; Yummy!&amp;nbsp; This has become one of my favorites to make at home.&amp;nbsp; We use a Tiger Tiger sauce from a jar (cheating I know) but it is really good and the calories are not that bad.&amp;nbsp; Way better than eating the out version.&amp;nbsp; I am excited about that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well it is Wednesday and I have 2 workouts in already this week :)&amp;nbsp; Yeah!&amp;nbsp; I am planning to work out Thursday and Friday to get my 4 days in for the week.&amp;nbsp; I am enjoying the effects of exercise.&amp;nbsp; Having more energy, feeling stronger, and a better mood is making me like it more. Still while I am doing it I'm not exactly enjoying it.&amp;nbsp; Baby steps...&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Off for a good week!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes there is Halloween candy at my house to struggle with but so far so good on that front.&amp;nbsp; I have had about 3 pieces but mostly I'm just ignoring it.&amp;nbsp; We actually passed out much of what Sarah collected and kept only a small portion of things she really likes.&amp;nbsp; As it turned out she loved handing out candy as much as going to collect it! We really had a great time with her this Halloween it is really the first one she could really do more.&amp;nbsp; On Friday we went on this Halloween Safari through the woods at night.&amp;nbsp; It was quite a work out I was worried when they said we couldn't take the stroller but we did it anyway.&amp;nbsp; It was a 45 minute walk (with 4 five minute breaks to talk with animals/plants along the way fun for the kids) and it was over roots and rocks and up and down hills it was harder than I expected but we all got through it.&amp;nbsp; We only had flashlights for lights but no one fell or anything-yeah! Sarah got tired about 3/4 of the way and we took turns carrying her.&amp;nbsp; I want to go back and maybe try it when it is light outside it seemed like some nice hiking trails to check out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All and all it was a bunch of fun!&amp;nbsp; A Halloween I will remember forever.&amp;nbsp; I will post a picture or two when I have time of Sarah in her costume :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/355547.html</comments>

			<title>Mmmm Fish tacos!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I did the whole 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning - yeah me!!&amp;nbsp; I did it.&amp;nbsp; I did it.&amp;nbsp; I didn't quite get to the 2 mile mark but I got close 1.8 miles.&amp;nbsp; I feel good that morning work out seems to energize me.&amp;nbsp; It is the initial getting up that is hard - once I am up it is ok.&amp;nbsp; It was my first early workout this week as I have been going after work.&amp;nbsp; I found a Halloween walk to take the family on tonight that sounds fun.&amp;nbsp; I'm looking forward to it :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh on to the fish tacos!&amp;nbsp; These were great last night.&amp;nbsp; Hubby even said he liked them :)&amp;nbsp; Here is the link if you are interested :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't have cumin or corrainder so I just used taco seasoning and it worked fine.&lt;/p&gt;
