			<title>Hmmm extra time!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It looks like I am going to have some extra time according to my job.&amp;nbsp; My hours are being cut by 25% or 10 hours a week.&amp;nbsp; There is good and bad in it.&amp;nbsp; One I will have more time to do the things I want to do which includes more time with Sarah.&amp;nbsp; The bad is that I work because we need the money not for pleasure. LOL I guess it is time to dust off the ol resume.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to go down with the ship here.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't do so hot this weekend on my eating. Friday was great but Saturday and Sunday..ugh no so much.&amp;nbsp; I did get up and hit the gym this morning.&amp;nbsp; I did my 2 miles on the elliptical in 30 mins and 40 seconds.&amp;nbsp; I'm close to getting it under 30 mintues but not quite there.... 			<title>4lbs gone this week!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ah the scale was extra kind today!&amp;nbsp; I am excited about the 4lbs :) I have really been trying and it is nice to see it is paying off.&amp;nbsp; I didn't make it to my work out this morning I just couldn't get myself out of bed after Sarah woke us up at 3:30 and stayed up an hour.&amp;nbsp; I did decide to take a sick day and I'm not sick...shhhh don't tell my boss!&amp;nbsp; I don't do it often but today I really felt like I just wouldn't be productive there at all.&amp;nbsp; I bought an exercise disc thing and I think when I get off of here I am going to try that baby out. 			<title>Last night there was a battle</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;First our friends had invited us out for Indian food we said no because we are trying to save because of Damian's sickness which mean out of work not to mention the doctor bills rolling we have to pay. Well our friends so wanted us to come they offered to pay for our dinner.&amp;nbsp; How can you say no to good friends like that.&amp;nbsp; Hubby swallowed his pride and allowed them to pay and we went out.&amp;nbsp; So I didn't cook my butter chicken at home after all.&amp;nbsp; I had Shrimp with a mango sauce that was yummy!&amp;nbsp; And I think it was too bad calorie wise either :) The nan and mango chutney...ahh a different story! lol&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So then the whole group of us head out for dessert and coffee oh my!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The pumpkin cheesecake won!&amp;nbsp; I was only going to eat half but I lost that battle too.&amp;nbsp; It was&amp;nbsp;delicious&amp;nbsp;and worth every calorie. It was a great evening with friends I really enjoyed it and I'm not going to feel guilty about it.&amp;nbsp; I managed to stay under maintenance calorie wise so yeah me!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Indian food tonight...yum!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm making butter chicken tonight!&amp;nbsp; Yummy!&amp;nbsp; This has become one of my favorites to make at home.&amp;nbsp; We use a Tiger Tiger sauce from a jar (cheating I know) but it is really good and the calories are not that bad.&amp;nbsp; Way better than eating the out version.&amp;nbsp; I am excited about that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well it is Wednesday and I have 2 workouts in already this week :)&amp;nbsp; Yeah!&amp;nbsp; I am planning to work out Thursday and Friday to get my 4 days in for the week.&amp;nbsp; I am enjoying the effects of exercise.&amp;nbsp; Having more energy, feeling stronger, and a better mood is making me like it more. Still while I am doing it I'm not exactly enjoying it.&amp;nbsp; Baby steps...&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Off for a good week!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes there is Halloween candy at my house to struggle with but so far so good on that front.&amp;nbsp; I have had about 3 pieces but mostly I'm just ignoring it.&amp;nbsp; We actually passed out much of what Sarah collected and kept only a small portion of things she really likes.&amp;nbsp; As it turned out she loved handing out candy as much as going to collect it! We really had a great time with her this Halloween it is really the first one she could really do more.&amp;nbsp; On Friday we went on this Halloween Safari through the woods at night.&amp;nbsp; It was quite a work out I was worried when they said we couldn't take the stroller but we did it anyway.&amp;nbsp; It was a 45 minute walk (with 4 five minute breaks to talk with animals/plants along the way fun for the kids) and it was over roots and rocks and up and down hills it was harder than I expected but we all got through it.&amp;nbsp; We only had flashlights for lights but no one fell or anything-yeah! Sarah got tired about 3/4 of the way and we took turns carrying her.&amp;nbsp; I want to go back and maybe try it when it is light outside it seemed like some nice hiking trails to check out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All and all it was a bunch of fun!&amp;nbsp; A Halloween I will remember forever.&amp;nbsp; I will post a picture or two when I have time of Sarah in her costume :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/355547.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It is weight in day and good news :)&amp;nbsp; 3lbs gone! Exciting :)&amp;nbsp; I am so excited about this weekend!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My&amp;nbsp;daugther is old enough to really get into Halloween this year and that makes it so much more fun. &amp;nbsp;I will struggle with candy but I'll try to keep it under control I can do it.&amp;nbsp; I will just have to manage to fit in a piece or two in my calories for the day.&amp;nbsp; I had 2 hershey kisses yesterday...not 10!&amp;nbsp; Baby steps!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/354875.html</comments>

			<title>Mmmm Fish tacos!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I did the whole 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning - yeah me!!&amp;nbsp; I did it.&amp;nbsp; I did it.&amp;nbsp; I didn't quite get to the 2 mile mark but I got close 1.8 miles.&amp;nbsp; I feel good that morning work out seems to energize me.&amp;nbsp; It is the initial getting up that is hard - once I am up it is ok.&amp;nbsp; It was my first early workout this week as I have been going after work.&amp;nbsp; I found a Halloween walk to take the family on tonight that sounds fun.&amp;nbsp; I'm looking forward to it :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh on to the fish tacos!&amp;nbsp; These were great last night.&amp;nbsp; Hubby even said he liked them :)&amp;nbsp; Here is the link if you are interested :)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't have cumin or corrainder so I just used taco seasoning and it worked fine.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am excited that it is Wednesday already.&amp;nbsp; Whew the week is flying by, which is just fine with me.&amp;nbsp; I did go to the gym last night--yeah me!&amp;nbsp; I realized just how hard it is to do 30 minutes on the elliptical.&amp;nbsp; Earlier this year I was doing 30 minutes=2miles&amp;nbsp;which was work but I could do it.&amp;nbsp; I'm not too far off I'm doing between 20-25 minutes and getting about 1.5 miles. Hopefully next week I can add more minutes and move up slowly without killing myself to get back there.&amp;nbsp; I have been logging logging really trying to keep up with what I am eating and log the calories and keeping within goal.&amp;nbsp; I have raised my goal calories this time to help me get started.&amp;nbsp; I am planning on having lunch with hubby today.&amp;nbsp; I already know what I'm going to have and I have loged it already so that eating out isn't a total killer.&amp;nbsp; No gym for me today but I have house work to keep me busy.&amp;nbsp; The stairs in my house have been killer for me lately hopefully getting back in shape will help with that too. 			<title>Happy Anniversary :)</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today hubby and I are celebrating our 7th anniversary! Yeah us! The best news is that he has been cleared of cancer.&amp;nbsp; I am so glad that worry has passed because it weighted on me a lot the last few weeks.&amp;nbsp; The good news is test after test after test they can't find anything wrong with him. The bad news is something DID in fact cause that fluid around his heard to build up and we don't know what caused it.&amp;nbsp; The doctors are saying now maybe a virus or infection caused it but I don't think we will really know.&amp;nbsp; I am ok with that since they have worked hard and ruled out all kinds of things and hubby appears to be healthy.&amp;nbsp; Very overweight but not even high blood pressure they can fuss at him about.&amp;nbsp; I wish I could say that same!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn't get to the gym this weekend or this morning.&amp;nbsp; I am going tonight after dinner though - no excuses!&amp;nbsp; I did walk and play with Sarah outside Saturday to get moving and running around so better than nothing.&amp;nbsp; This will be my first full week of calorie counting so I'm excited about it.&amp;nbsp; I even have my journal now and I'm working on it.&amp;nbsp; Not perfect but I am trying to get there :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/sunnyone24/353674.html</comments>
