Entry That lb. keeps finding me !

So this week I have been gaining and loosing the same lb. day after day. It just doesn't want to leave. That's the lb. that takes me from 169 to 170. That's a pretty important lb. Just when I think it's gone, the next day it's back again. Boy when I get out of the 170's, I will never look back.

I did increase my calories from 1200 to 1400 and didn't gain so that's a plus. ON my workout days I try to eat around 1500 calories so I feel better about that too. Opened a few more doors as to what I can consume in a day, so I pretty much eat normally and I still stay within my calories. Have come a long way when I think of the foods I used to eat. Both hubby and myself are eating more healthier than ever.

Gonna hold off weighing myself until Saturday morning, hopefully that lb. will be gone forever by then. Seems if I hold off for a few days I have better luck on the scales.  Got my hair cut today ( think I'll loose a lb. for that) Wink Heading down to burn some calories on the treadmill, have been a bit lazy today.

that stupid pound...  LOL  yeah!  that's an important one, too!  that haircut should help.  ;)

it's great to hear you're eating more & eating even more when you're working out.  you sure have come a long way!  your hubby, too!  hehe  like it or not, he's eating better, too!

i hope you have a great weigh in on saturday.  enjoy that treadmill!!!  i sure miss mine...  AND my stepper...

I hope it is a cute cut. I have been thinking about getting a new doo too... to go along with the new me!!! I have not had a haircut in YEARS... No kidding!!!

Well... that little pound is a stubborn one. But, eventually you will win and it will be gone for GOOD!!! Hang in there!

I wish I had a treadmill too... I do not see one in my near future though. I was checking out that little step they use on Biggest Loser and thought that might be a good workout. You know that one they used last week in the challenge... who could go 206 steps first??? It looks like it would be a pretty good workout and I could get one pretty cheap or find something around that house that might work?

yeah...I've got that pound too...158.8 to 159.8.....back and forth, back and forth. Like a freakin' teeter totter! Tease, tease, tease! ARRRRGGH

I'm starting to get to like my treadmill, It's an easy way to burn off some caloires without having to worry about the weather....and it's right there staring me in the face all the time.

Good job on increasing the calories! You're right on track now!
