Entry Starting out fresh/Stats

Ok... I'm 23 years old... I've been having the same eating habits for the past 3 years now. Binge, restrict, binge, restrict, binge, binge, binge. I'm sick of it! If i don't stop this, I'll be 200 pounds before you know it! It's the beginning of May and I want to look HOT for summer. I am starting to workout again and work really hard on my eating habits.

 

Stats:

Left Arm: 10 1/2    Right Arm: 10 1/2 

Left Thigh: 20 1/2   Right Thigh: 20 1/2

Left knee - right above: 15   Right knee - right above: 14 1/2

Left calve: 14   Right calve: 14

Waist: 29 1/2     Belly button: 33 1/2 (EEK!!!)    Hips: 35 1/2

Weight: 134 

** The ones in red are what I want to improve on the most

 

I WILL CHANGE MY LIFE... I'M SICK OF LIVING IN THIS HELL!!!

Gosh I'm glad I'm not the only one who avoids get togethers/events.  I actually went to my friend's going away party last night, I really was planning on not going because I thought I was too fat but my roommate came in and persuaded me to go.  It's just crazy how we can talk ourselves out of everything.  I think we really are "our own worst enemies" most of the time. I'm glad your finally putting your foot down in that arena!

Binging/restricting is not a way to live.  I think I'm finally learning this too.  We deserve so much more.

ha ha do you realize we have VERY similar stats except for a few areas? Like our arms, upper & lower thigh and calves are all pretty close. You just have a big chest & I don't! Laughing

anyways, i read in one of your comments that you lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks drinking slimfasts and eating cereal...wow. even if its like a crash diet thats still impressive. you probably dont reccomend it, but it would be great if you could tell me what excersizes you did and what exactly you ate and how much when you did that your senior year.

i already drink slimfasts, and i love them, i think they taste so good. so i think this would be easy for me to follow.

btw, i am going to be a senior, and i have to take the good ol' senior pics in july and it would be great to be slimmed down a little.
