Including exercising and what I eat. Starting today I am making a lifestyle change. Eating healthy, balanced meals and getting in a good workout at least 4-5 days a week.
I've always said i was going to "diet" and only eat so many calories, but that never works. I'm not going to deprive myself of the occasional treat because then I will just binge. I want to live to see my children and grandchildren grow up and if i destroy my body, I won't.
It's my mission to live a healthy lifestyle and set an example for those around me :)
