Okay......
so I lost 15 kg over about 4 months (63kg to 48kg)(By not eating and over exercising) Managed to maintain it for a year then gradually regained the weight over the past 10 months. Managed to gain 5 kg in the last 3 months!
I have been starving then binge eating for the past two years combined with lots of exercise but over the past 6 months i have had to stop exercing due to a knee fracture and i have been binging more often than starving. hence the massive weight gain....... A binge for me is upwards of 5000 cals per day (lately this has been 5 out of 7 days)
I feel terrible. None of my clothes fit, I am unfit, all the binging has gone to my stomarch and bum. I look disgusting. My stomarch looks boated and can you believe it cellulity! ugh!
So its time to sort it out. I started on the 5th of Jan. 1200 cals per day maximum and at least 45 mins cardio per day. No more starving or binging...... I want to lose a kg per week till i hit a goal weight of 50kg. No white stuff (sugar,bread, biccys, cakes etc etc as this sets me off biniging. I want to be 53kg by the 7th Feb my birthday and actully feel good and proud in a bikini again. (am going away with my man and friends to the beach for sunshine, wakeboarding etc.)
I guess the plan is to log on each day and journal my weight, have a rant and generally stop myself from binging.... here we go
today 58 kg (serious PMT, due on in 2 days so bit bloated)
did bike class this morning and need to drink lots of water today. Good healthy food so far. xx
