So I worked out Monday and today. I can say that my body is a bit sore and I am tired. I felt very hungry today too. All I could think about was food.
Monday I cheated a bit, I had stupid ding dong and then ate not so heathly foods at my parents house.
I just need to get my stuff together. It's been a week and I feel no change I think I have gained weight too.
So Tonight I will get my clothes together for work tomorrow. Get my breakfast and lunch together so I will not feel rushed and I can sleep in a bit longer.
5:00 I meet with Jodie at the gym again. I will be doing 60 min of cardio, 2 diffrent machines so I burn a ton of calories.
I want to be 115 by April.
