Ok so i dont know what the heck i was thinking when i wrote the last entry because i looovee eating breakfast now and its deffinetly way better for you then not eating breakfast.  I was so naive but just knowing that i know so much more now makes me feel better and hope to learn even more! :)

Ok so since today i was having a yard sale i had to wake up early, that means having a breakfast (which i normally dont) so i have been having more calories than usual.  But i still did great anyways.
