WHY do I always eat into the next day .. whywhywhy? =(
Should I starve all day tomorrow and wait til night to eat, preferably after I work out [finally] for the week?
I ate 2000 yesterday when I was only supposed to eat like 1600ish max .. so if I shift then I'll be at like 900ish? Gahhhhh .. maybe I can do it .. ? We'll see how hungry I am tomorrow ..
I mean, sometimes I'm not even that hungry after a bad night like this, you know .. I'm so pissed off right now .. like I KNEW I didn't want to feel like shit .. but I did it .. and it was so tasty OMG
I should have NEVER made PBU and NutellaU .. aka lower calorie versions of them with almond milk to dilute the calories
I could drink Crystal Light/tea all day tomorrow .. and see how that goes? Until like 5-6? Maybe go to the library and grab a tea or coffee from Starbucks/drink shitloads of water/diet pop/energy drinks?
GAH I suck. Maybe I'll eat salad all day. Or super low calorie veggies. Mmm veggies.
My stomach is full of crap. GAH, so bad for my bod which hasn't worked out in 2 days! Worst part is, I've been eating like this for 2 days!!!
Okay .. so tomorrow I gotta make sure that the food I DO eat is super clean aka veggie meats, lean meats, veggies etc .. cuz I really don't have much room to eat!!
I really need to study and clean. K going to study now...
