Now I'm a sophomore in college & I understand all the DOS and DONOTS of eating. Last year, I ate excessively because of stress and the season change. Here's a few things I want to work on until Dec18.
- not eating after 9pm
- spending only $10 on outside meals
- not drinking every week
- avoiding that 2nd trip for food
- balancing salad + yummy foods
Hopefully I can check back in a week and tell you about my progress =)
Right now I want to be 100lbs (I'm 120) for Winter vacation in the PI!
