Okay, I am starting to get the hang of this. I still need to learn how to calculate my intake and out, but I am eating better and starting to move more. Went for a bike ride today, not for very long, but I still went. I am starting to feel better about myself already. I have not weighed myself, and I am going to wait awhile before I do. I know it takes some time before I will start to see results.
