I realize, even though I haven't lost any weight for the last few weeks, and my trendline has leveled out... it's really not so bad. At least I'm not gaining weight, and there's no reason to think I won't start losing weight again as soon as I start being more active again. I've made a small amount of progress by losing about 4 pounds from my highest point, and I'm holding onto that progress. I've actually held out against backsliding towards my heaviest weight! Now it's time to start moving forward again. I have another 15 pounds to lose!
