			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok, so this is my first online support source for weight loss. I'm 17, going to be 18 on November 26th. I am medium build and weigh 150 pounds. I think I am a pretty girl but I would like to boost my confidence with some weight loss. I want to loose 30 pounds by March 2009. Any tips for easy workouts would be great if anyone has any tips.
