so far since sunday, ive worked out every day.. Im trying to work out every day but i think im going to need a break somewhere in between there.. at least 1 day out of the week... I'm thinking.. Sun, mon, tues, wed, thurs, and friday.. and then i take saturday off? i know that i can do...... anyways.. I really really didnt feel like getting up this morning.. but i did... put on my work out clothes and popped in my dvd and worked out... yeahhhh meee!!!

good for you girlie. i set my alarm to wake up at 5:30 this morning to get up and workout but do you think i did? hell no! i changed my alarm back to 6:00 and went back to sleep. i told myself that i need to work out 6 days a week with one rest day as well and i blew yesterday off so my vow to myself is to get back on track the rest of the week.
