Im at work and feel great and back on track. I started my slimfast diet today
for breakfast I had two fried eggs and an english muffin with a glass of milk already sort of full of that.
when I got to work I had a creamy chocolate slimfast on ice and I gotta tell u. Im not hungry.....I brought good choices for lunch so after lunch I will log that in as well and for dinner tonight I will have another slimfast shake with something sensible- Monday started off great. I fill good about my self and I turned down free donuts at work<--way to go will power!lol chat later!
From what I read it seems like you are using the slimfast as your snacks. That is fine as long as you count in the calories and a lot of times they are loaded with sugar so they make you have sugar cravings or have a lot of energy and then crash. Just beware when trying these types of things. Sounds like you have a good plan so if it works I would say go ahead and keep with it. |

- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
