Started to do a 2 mile run and along the way I thought well maybe a 3 mile run and further along the way I thought maybe a 6 miler. It is funny how as you start doing something that the thoughts of it may be that I don't want to do it, but as you start doing it you decide well maybe it's not so bad. That is what happened to me today.
