Well, here I am about to start something that will (hopefully) change my life. I'm always tired, I'm always in pain, and I'd like sooo much to have just one more child while I still can (I have a 15 yr old son now). I promised myself I wouldn't do it till I could fit into real pregnancy clothes and be sure I could keep up with a new baby. Being 35 now, I'm so afraid I just won't have the energy to do it like I did at 19 when I had my son. I had a heart attack at the age of 30 and heart surgery last year at the age of 34; I want so badly to love exercising and get down to a normal, healthy weight. I'm tired of looking in the mirror and seeing such a failure. I tell myself that I know I can do this, but the day-to-day struggles with it always seem to win.
