Well, as the title says I fell off the wagon a bit during the summer, so my weight loss isn't where I want it to be. BUT I woke up this morning and the scale said 229. So getting back on the wagon and holding on real tight did work.
Today is rest day, seeing as I worked out every day this week 45 min to an hour each day. I don't want to over tax my body. Tomorrow is my Doc appt. And I think (I am hoping) that it will be a good appointment. My A1C is down again as is my avg blood levels. I have to keep thinking positive, and not let the bad days throw me off. My new goal is to be sitting at 200 or LOWER by april for my brothers surprise b day party. I want to actually LOOK and FEEL good for this family function. So the next 5 monthes are gonna take a lot of work, and I WILL do it!
